Thanks. She probably didn't realize it. If anything it was the person running the sound board not compensating for her strong voice and keeping the mic too loud, or not giving her enough monitor so she didn't realize how loud she was.

Then again the show head might have specifically wanted her to stand out. In that case she needs a hearing aide.
