We just got a really bad luck of the draw with Bush. We had 9/11 (The Biggest Forign Attack on America) and Katrina (The Biggest Natural Disaster in US History) all in this guy's term. These were unavoidable but its a shame that they both occured during his presidency instead of during the presidency of someone who could have handled these situations better.
