Maybe you were lucky you never sampled his shock power. Seems clear in this clip even though it looks like he's not putting full power into it. Good demonstration.
Youtube has allowed me to finally see Chow Gar Mantis. I have seen some Jook lum mantis(which I like). However, I think Chow Gar is my missing link... would love to learn it. This Master is unbelievable and seems so humble and generous.

The last movements were impressive. I initially thought they were movements from Bo Sim Sau (catching insect hands) but it may just be continuous claws and soc saus. I have the tihany footage but not this particular recording. Nice.
