  • POLAND POLAND POLAND

  • Wowzer.

  • you will be from münchen to budapest with TGV in 1 hour and 30 minutes

  • A suicidal person's dream

  • extreme , nice video 5 stars

  • GHEROPAAA!

  • awsome video

  • Look at that!

    Gone in under a second!

    Keep it up France!

  • WOW

  • Magnificent!

  • tsamoking lol you re so funy!!!

this is a good train not like your train so old an slow!

  • its the speedest train in the world it names

    TGV

  • this something you have not in your country...you have slow train!

  • what kind of..........WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THIS MOMENT HAS GONE DOWN IN HISTORY

  • The most train on the world

  • there is 4 huge disc brakes on every axle , the train at record speed will take 32 kilometres to stop

  • 15 km in urgency mode

  • 15km to stop in urgency (test before the record at 510kmh)

  • false 15km in urgency mode

  • we don't care about your blabla... the fastest train on rail is the tgv and that's all ! have the control at this speed it is the real record!!!

  • awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • false in 1988 a conventional tgv reach 408km/h please just be so stupid because you are jealous... and we don t care about your full throttle and your 420km/h don t forget...574.8 so fast for the ice with full throttle lol....

  • don't worry about this spainish monger that fuel is national pride over here with bullshits on the ICE, if a german technology could reach the level of performance of a TGV they would put it on speed record, i know very well the germans, beleive me! and this guy will change his mind when his Valero will leave rail tracks, as the mongers that's polish the japanese and german bullet trains, TGV got a very special technology that is unique to run very hight speed safely everydays!

  • Re pumpofthevolume:

Why discussing when anything is written, look e.g. (even the french...) Wikipeda! The german ICE-Velaro is record holder for commmercial trains. The people in Germany don't make noise about it. It's not the german mentality initiating "Multi-Million Record-Spectacles", the present record was causally made during normal test-operation - without any propaganda noise here on youtube). Germans are more interested in the next step of modern high-speed-traffic: maglev-technologie.

  • I just argue: Look Google and discover your mistakes. Don't change experimental-trains or test-trains with serial-trains! There has never been a TGV-Serial-trains reaching speeds over 400 km/h ! Only the Velaro is able to go 404 km/h - with full throttle estimated 420 km/h.

  • the problem : no train will be able to use break engine at this speed; Speed limit kwown is 360km/h for breaking engine. serial Tgv is able to run at 513km/h...the main difference is the electric power(two much energy wasted-for the moment) and the problem of breake engine.(they have to cut power coz they are unable to use breaking engine)

  • and the unmodified TGV is able to run around 400 km/h !!!

  • yes...1988=408.4km/h........

  • is able to run around 480 for a tgv pos

  • TGV was always my favourite train...now I know why...

  • wow, did you feel that wiff of air!

  • Well done! ;-)

  • Lol look the rails and the dusk!

  • WOW!!! vive la France!

  • Nice video! I rode the TGV in 2002 beetween Paris and Aix. Now let my national AVE do the same.

  • the new record TGV made lately is 578km

  • Remember FOOD for OIL with Saddam....shhhh

  • osojane you got to admit: funny, no but all true, yes?

  • wow, that is amazing, 320mph on rails

    Absolutely brilliant !

  • our old record was unbeaten since 1990!!!(17 years)

  • Wow stop fighting, enjoy the video and talk about it!

  • Unfortuantely my work takes me to your pathetic little country. I used to sell toothbrushes, but didnt do too well. Dont brush me with your racist paint, my friends. I love most everything.

BURPPY..Ethan Hunt was wearing Carnac shoes,French made with no traction. Thats why he took a dive.

Osojane..come on,you laughed, cuz it home.the one about the teeth.

levoltaire...several times means several times, got the stamps to prove it.

  • the one about the teeth...outdated. Another one?

  • S281inKC or should i say S281inKY - jelly that is - Boycott Kansas City!!! midwestern war lovers need to get off of youtube and get on a c-130 straight for baghdad! clowned! congrats to france for their record - dockerz1inNYC - a real city.

  • even tom cruise could not stay on the roof

    (take that S281inKC)

  • I have something for you S281inKC :

even Tom cruise could not stay on the roof^^

  • Not racist you fools, i just dont like France, and yes i've been there several times. Its called an opinion,

Q: Why do the French call their fighter the "Mirage"?

A: Because it's never seen in a combat zone.

Q: What do you call a French fighter coming to the rescue of American and British soldiers in the Iraqi desert?

    A: Mirage

Q: What's the best place to hide your money?

    A: Under a Frenchman's soap.

  • S281inKC, 1/ your comments are not just an opinion, they are just pathetic typical French bashing stereotypes. 2/ I think you have never been to France, in fact I think chances are you don't even have a passport. Why go "several times" to a country you dislike so much?

  • S281inKC Your are just francophobe and a useless french-basher. As for your jokes, could you please update them or find new ones... they are so old therefore even not funny. Try maybe to be a little creative and use your brain in case you have one.

  • ahah... not funny

  • Congratulations to the France

  • I'll go by air - much safer.

  • Can you eat without vomitting on that thing! <O.O>

  • the one which crashed in germany was built by a german manufacturer , so this is not the same company at all : this one is french

  • The MAGLEV: just how many passengers already killed in the first 500 kms? LOL

  • YEAH! FRANCE POWER

  • It's all about the money. If Maglevs can be built cheaper and easier than ordinary trains they will eventually prevail. If TGV's are much cheaper then they will last long into the future.

  • yuh artik lebron james!!

  • I am again sorry for t Amtrac in the U.S.A. And also for Boeing with the Airbus A 380. Sorry Bush, Europe and China will overrule you cowboys.

  • we had the F40PH though.

  • I look forward to the day that you land on our beaches to save us from annihilation. How soon you all forget.

  • what makes you think we have "forgotten", a2birdcage???

  • Um, America wouldn't exist if it wasn't for France. You know when America was almost annihilated in the Revolution, so they had to beg for French help, and it was the French who held the German line during WWI. HOW SOON YOU FORGET.

  • O_O...WOW! speachlees.

  • Got to loose the rails...Boycott France!

  • stop posting racist comment please.

  • So when someone asks you what your race is you say "French"? I didn't know that France was its own race. I guess you learn something new everyday.

  • Hu??? where did you see that? I have never said that the French was a race. I just blame S281inKC for boycotting France.

  • No offense, but what's the matter actually? I just assume that S281linkKC (maybe you as well?) doesn't like the French, that's all!

This is the reason why i interpreted its comment as smthg racist.

  • Finally, no answer.

bouffe ton mac do bois ton coca et CREVE

  • OK, it´s a nice record, but i´d never like to sit in a wheeled train with that speed! In fact, there will never be a wheeled train running in normal passenger operation with that speed. The furture belongs to maglev trains.

  • The one which crashed in Germany last year?

  • People can be happy that TGV or ICE did not had such a problem (25t vehicle standing on the track). Otherwise it would be a small conserve tin. And at 570 km/h...the braking way would be 10km. How many times it would turn around after derailing???

  • the maglev use a lot of power only for sustaining. tgv save energy when stopping by transforming it's cinetic energy in electricity. and today we must have energetic efficient technologies.

just think about the success of the toyota hybrid car

  • The maglevs are doing the same with the electronic power converters when bullet trains didn´t have this technology yet. And these converters don´t need to be installed in the trains. At high speed maglevs are more energey efficient than bullet trains and much more energey efficient than airplanes with almost the same speed. And more safe compared to both.

  • Whaaooooooooow ! A french rocket on rail ^^

  • What a blast, for a theme park. Not very safe. Vulnerable to sabotage.

  • not one single lethal accident in 25 years....

  • lol, 25 years ago, EVERYONE DIED OMG lol joking i have no idea what i'm talking about...

  • vive la france !

  • Geil ^^

  • New World record (april 3 2007)

    574.8 km

  • menhood was not build to go over 500 km/h on a railway..

I prefer my audi quattro, hehe

  • As posted by: alfonsmc

"TGV = world fastest train on rails.

Concorde = world fastest commercial plane.

    Airbus 380 = biggest one.

    Ferrari F1 + McLaren-Mercedes + Renault F1 = world champions.

    Eurofighter = awesome.

    EU! The best! "

  • ANd Rafale?

  • Actually, I am an ICE-fan, but this is definitely awesome! Congratulations for this masterstroke!

  • Fantastic ! I understand that Canadian Bombardier provides some of the components under contract?

EU vs America, etc, whatever. It's people that are doing this, and people rock. Perhaps we need some aliens, so that the us vs them becomes "the people" vs whatever else. Let's work together folks ! Very inspiring.

  • top speed on Feb 20 was 559.4 km/h

  • TGV = world fastest train on rails.

Concorde = world fastest commercial plane.

    Airbus 380 = biggest one.

    Ferrari F1 + McLaren-Mercedes + Renault F1 = world champions.

    Eurofighter = awesome.

    EU! The best!

  • TGV = world fastest train. The maglev is now a horsecart...

  • JR maglev experiment lines are too short (ca. 18.4 km) to accelerate over 581 km/h.

So, the facilities will be extended to 42.8 km, and permit over 700-800 km/h till 2013.

But, it is an indisputable fact that TGV is technologically sophistcated.

  • Europe FTW!

  • my eyes are too slow... what happened?

  • again a new record for the tgv east, the 20 february 2007 it reach 558 Km/h

  • holy cow....thats incredible.

  • génial vivement le record définitif
