  • peinado tipico de oboista.

  • if i'm not mistaken this version is in d minor

  • Definitely some of Holliger's best playing. Proof that he played with a great sound occasionally.

  • Sonido cuidado y esplendoroso.

Plagio la frase.(Me gusta y la hago mía)

    "Bach,suspendido en el universo...".

  • Makes me want to sob for those sad, sad people who listen to top forty, and simply haven't a clue. Not the slightest clue. This is gorgeous.

  • Fantastico

    Wonderful

    Maravilloso

    Excellent

    Fantastic music for fantastic players

  • ahhhh bach suspendido en el universo

  • oboe is nice, too much vibrato on the violin, not really authentic baroque.

  • I just love the sound of those two instruments together. Each has it's own sound and together they are amazing.

  • I love this tune!

  • @SRGTrio It isn't a tune it's a movement.

  • @hnk777 I love all three movements!!

  • a love story between an obooe and a violin.

  • one of my favorite peaces...so beautiful, it sure touches the heart.

  • lightness of touch on violin...soft phrasing on oboe..very beautiful..

  • Veramente commovente...Che bello...

  • Lovely! Is this video from around thirty years ago?

  • Great Heinz Holliger. The best of our time.

  • He has been a great model of musician of this century:Not only oboist, as well composer, flutist and good teacher

  • Here's a love story between an oboe and a violin... This is undoubtly one of the best things I've ever heard!

  • for me holliger its the best, in spain we have a lot of oboists like him, you have to verify that im saying.. Here we have imported the French and German styles, beside seating the own proper and characteristic Spanish style, I can give you names as báguena, salvador barberá, cayetano... ( sorry for my poor english)

    Saludos

  • es verdad

  • Do you have the outer movements as well?

Heinz Holliger is absolutely phenomenal here. Perfect legeto, on top of everything.

  • Yes, I do have the 'outer' movements.

  • Would you be kind enough to post the outer movements as well? Thanks a lot in advance.

  • GRANDE!!!!!!!

  • Who can do better than Heinz Holliger???

You can make something different than him but never better...

  • schellemberger

  • schellenberer sorry

  • sorry man...i don't agree

  • It would be nice if you gave credit to Heinz Holliger.

  • It certainly would and thank you so much for pointing it out to me. Perhaps you could also tell me who the 2nd violinist is in the other video that I uploaded BWV, 1043.

  • Im sorry, im only good with oboists.

  • Hi! Koshkakk, the 2nd violinist is Cho Liang Lin.

  • Thank's, I will update the description

  • Thank you so much for uploading. I believe this is the only recorded document of Chung playing this concerto.
