I think Revelation 13 makes sense if you look at it as a prophecy about the rise of science and technology. I.e., the two beasts symbolize science and technology. Technology is the beast that works the great signs. The image of the beast would mean an AI (artificial intelligence) made in the image of all science. People will worship and obey it because it seems superhumanly intelligent, like a living god. And everyone will have to take its mark in order to buy or sell.

When you bail out of jail they set up a bond, so even though you are out of jail, you are not free, because they are holding something over your head. You're bonded [bound]. The Bible is not a dictionary, it is a translation. Interpretation comes from God, not the strict definition of a translated word. Free are those not under the powers of this world, but under the influence of heaven. The Mark is the love of the world and the things in it. Jesus/Yeshua taught this, it is no mystery or science tech. Still, free ones can come to love something of this world, that is a stumbling. It is true, all have a mark, some of the world, some of heaven.

Tempting as it is to believe, it is not what the Bible was talking about, end of talk! The mark is related to either being for Christ or against him. It's not just one thing in this world. Example, the "mark" of a good soldier is being in good shape, brave, has his weapons, etc. A Bad one is opposite. Revelations is symbolic. Translation not literal. Only thing important to God is that you believe in him/Christ. Mark of Beast is to live as though the world can give you peace/eternal life!

Wow, that explains it. I have been trying to understand what this means all my life. I am a good student of the Bible. I have studied it all my life and read the whole Bible twice, but I have never understood about the 666. Thank you for this very valuable answer !!!

yes i think i am good a because i live in the real world, in here and now and i treat this as my only life so i make the most of every moment, spend time with my friends and family and have fun and share great times with them, not wasting my time worrying what i am doing is being watched and judged by something(one) that cannot in anyway be prooved 100% real, so in this respect i feel it does make me a very good friend! now will u preechy ass americains fuck off and leave me alone!!!!
