@robusti82 MBCA didn't upload this video. I got the info off of Minnesota BCA's website. (Higher quality pdf files.) And made this video. (I have a set of the playing cards, they are designed for jail inmates and police.) I am not involved with law enforcement or jails in any way.
It's a shame that the resolution is so poor on the text portion of these cards. BCA: Can this be improved?
