  • I admire the strength of the family and friends who not only have to grieve this senseless act, but read these terrible, ignorant comments on a memorial made to help them grieve. Bless you and keep your strength. Shake your heads at these "people" and look away. They are job security for the heros.

  • Not only was this person a mother, wife, daughter, friend, she was a HERO!! She lost her life responding to a call that might have killed innocent people. I have found the people who have bad things about police are usually the ones breaking the law. These people have no idea what it is like to have the courage to protect our disrespectful, thankless society. Part of an officer's job is to educate, to help worthless people make better decisions so they aren't SO worthless. RIP HERO!!!

  • That's what you get bitch I bet more ppl are happier that she's dead & got her head blown off by that shotgun ahahahahahaha quit abusing your power & maybe we wouldn't be blasting your heads off with shot guns u broke bastards gotta arrest the rich to get ur profit you know what fuck you & her family why don't you all coke snorting corrupt spfld copz go do a line in remembrance of suzanne hopper...hahahhaha better yet go run over another prostitute in syneder park & call it a cold case.

  • Wow raekwood.

What the hell dude? I hope you are just a child that's brain hasn't fully matured yet to understand compassion. If not, I sure hope you get put in a insane asylum, cause you don't need to be in society.

  • Thank you for this memorial to this fine person! I wish I had the way of deleting comments! There is one commenter that should not be here!

  • It has been a year come tomorrow since the deadly accident. Till this day I see the changes it has made in the Community. a new law is being proposed in Deputy Hopper's Honor, this law will set up a statewide database for the people found not guilty by reason of insanity. This is a great idea. Thank you Suzanne, we will never forget you!

  • I was dating her son charlie he is a sweetheart and ik he was really close to his mom. So all you haters need to shut the fuck up and stop talkin shit bout her she was a good friend she was like a mother to me and i miss her very much the guy who shot her deserves to burn to death down in hell and Suzanne is up in heaven where she belongs

  • this is so sad :( :( :( i feel so sorry 4 her family

  • We'll be 10-8, we got it from here.

  • @raekwon871 You Sir must have no Respect to Law Enforcement. I feel no regret for you except for the Fact that you are a punk. Such a great brain wasted to Alcohol and Drugs.

  • @CCFDfreak FUCK YOU

  • @raekwon871 wow. i hope you get gunned down

  • @Penno4thewin U WANT ME TO GET GUNNED DOWN THE SAME WAY SHE DID ? LOL

  • Comment removed

  • @raekwon871 My initial response was hostile, but I deleted it and decided not to be a prick like you. This lady was doing her job, protecting the public, including ungrateful duchebags like you. How about if some psycho show up at your place of work and shoot your sorry as while you are minding your own business doing your job. Since you have such disregard for police officers and public servants, promise me you will never call 911 for any reason because you are not worth their time.

  • @goosubux UMMMM FUCK U

God Bless you My Sister in Christ!

  • RIP Deputy Hopper, think of you often! My husband is a cop for German TWP and we were both hurt for your family! God bless all the officers and keep them safe!

  • Does anyone know if they killed the gunman? sure hope so, anyone who kills or woudns an officer should be shot. GOD BLESS ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL. I love you all

  • @Mightylite94

The gunman was killed in a massive amount of Gunfire. Several Police Departments opened fire.

  • @CCFDfreak Glad to hear. Sorry that the Officer was killed. I hate cop killers. They all are frickin idiots... are you a Policeman? Or just a supporter? Thanks man

  • @Mightylite94 They infact did kill the guman, my husband is an officer in German Twp where the other officer was shot! May God bless them!

  • @jordanthomas2004 God bless them all. What exactly is German Twp?

  • @Mightylite94 German TWP is where my husband works, its an area in the Springfield area, where Officer Hopper was a deputy in the county...the other officer is healing well every day..he should be back soon!

  • @jordanthomas2004 Thats great to hear. If you see him, thank him for me for his service, and tell your husband i said thanks, hes an american hero :)

  • This is truely beautiful, ty CCFDFREAK

  • EXCEALLANT ! MAY SHE REST IN PEACE !

  • Suzanne tonight as I sent two officers to a disturbance and my officers wouldnt respond and then they yelled for help I though of you and how I felt the day Kim called me to tell me I was struck in my tracks. I hope all is well in heaven all I think about is the last time me you charlie and bri went out to lunch years ago. Charlie I hope your hanging in there.

  • Rest in peace deputy, wife, mom Hopper. I can't fathom why human beings murder other human beings who try to make a difference in their community they serve. For the guy bashing officer Hopper, you are an ignorant person, get over yourself and get a life. if you need help call green leaf: Greenleaf Gifts

  • I miss my aunt already, she was an amazing woman! My uncle Matt, i think misses her the most, though. I didn't even get to say goodby :(

  • RIP Deputy Hopper. My heart goes out to her family, friends and co-workers. GOD BLESS all the men and women who protect us from evil.

  • I don't know why my post would have received negative ratings, but I'm sure it was people like budzmcgr33n. Police officers are here to help bring order and peace to a chaotic world. It seems like the police are being blamed for everything, the criminals need to man up and take responsibility and realize that its their own fault when they get taken to jail or punished. It really bothers me to see people laugh and talk badly about fallen officers. Everyone needs to think of what would happen if

  • Thank you CCFDfreak for this moving tribute. Unfortunately, it is the 10% of people that are dealt with 90% of the time that would use a tragic forum such as this to show the world what they are. RIP Deputy Hopper, thank you for your service and sacrifice.

  • Lolololololololololololololololololollolololololololololololoololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololoolololololllooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooolololololololololololololololololololololololololololoololololololololololololololololololololololololoolololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololololo Dead cop

  • @BudzMcgr33n Your a moron!!!!!! How dare you get on this site and post a dispicable comment. I knew this Officer and she does not deserve your moronic comments. She died in the line of duty protecting her community and died a hero, I hope you never know such tradegy in your own family.

  • @RJB0902 It is a horrific tragedy that BudzMcgr has such little respect for himself and the value of life. I am thankful the countless people who lined the streets Clark County waving flags know that Deputy Hopper deserves so much more.

  • @protectandserve04 I also am thankful for the people of Clark County that line the streets that day to pay homage to our fallen officer. She was by far one of the kindest and most caring persons I have ever met. Suzanne cared about those folks that line the street that day by serving and protecting her community for 12 years and loved what she did. Thank You for supporting her with your kind words. Clark County residents made me proud to live in our community that day.

  • For the one person who dislikes this, think of it this way. It could have been your Mother when you were a Teenager. She means the world to you and you just lost her, you woke up that saturday morning just like any other morning, saying good bye to her as she went to work... That was the last thing her kids heard . . .

  • her son goes to my school. Rip

  • i did not know her but that is truely sad that this happened my heart goes out to the friends and family of Deputy Hopper.

CCFDFREAK you did a great job with this

  • @Loverdontleaver Its a sad comment on our society when it is your comment that has received negative votes. Thank you for your post.

  • Not my favorite cop but R.I.P; Not to be on the bad side but she made me feel like total shit and I did nothing and like a few months before she was in my house giving me a lecture on how horrible my mom is to me, when she's not but R.I.P AND You will be missed and my mom is not horrible and neither is my boyfriend. Just because someone has a kid and their ex cheats on them doesn't mean I am shit just because I love him. I've known him all my life and it was love at first sight. Swear.

  • @vortexlover69 What are you even talking about???? Please make sense....

  • @protectandserve04 This cop was a bitch to me. She bitched me out for having a 19 year old bf who has a kid. OMG, its 2012 already.

  • THANK YOU!! At her gravesite, snowflakes blanketing all w/ silence & beauty, you realize how insignificant we are in the grand scheme of this world. How this one person made such a difference; how her life made a splash in the pond of this community. Then again comes the silence. The waters are again still. The world keeps turning, and like after every tragedy, life goes on. The rippling effect of Suzanne's splash in the world will continue long after the water becomes still again! HReedy

  • This is such a beautiful and SAD video, i cannot get Officer suzanne out of my mind, this was such a cowardly act, and makes me sick to my stomach. Officer Hopper and her family are in my prayers. She was took before her time was up, taken away from her children and family I didnt even know Mrs. Hopper and couldnt stop crying after what happened! She is a hero in my eyes, i can even imagine the pain her family and friends are going threw, R.I.P Deputy Hopper!

  • This is a beautiful tribute. My heart is broken - has been since New Year's Day. May God bless her family and friends.

  • I will never forget Suzanne. She was an amazing Deputy, friend and person. You can protect all of us from up there now. R.I.P. sister. Thank you for making your tribute to her.

  • That was absolutely beautiful. Just beautiful. It brought tears to my eyes. I met Deputy Hopper several times, and she was a wonderful person. It makes me sick to my stomach at the senseless and tragic waste of such a life. I have 3 sons overseas in the military right now, and things like this are never far from your mind. Bless you for this wonderful tribute to her, and thank you. Her family and friends are in my prayers.

  • All I can say is WOW! What a beautiful TRIBUTE to Deputy Hopper. Thank you for posting this.

  • Great job. Thank you for taking time to create something special for all of us. It is greatly appreciated.

  • Thank you for posting! This is a beautiful video. My heart broke when I heard of this tragic loss of life. Heaven has gained itself an angel. May God wrap his loving arms around her family and friends during this very difficult time. Thank you Deputy Hopper for serving your community so bravely! You will not be forgotten! The community support I saw unfold was amazing and it makes me proud to say that I am a native of Clark County! May God bless you all and R.I.P Deputy Hopper!

  • Great tribute. Rest in peace deputy.

  • An amazing tribute! Prayers to the family and God Bless all officers of the law. Thank you for putting your lives on the line for our safety everyday.

  • From a former CCSO CO. my heart goes out to Suzanne's family, friends, coworkers and all involved. Despite not knowing Suzanne personally I cried when I heard of her death. Very few understand what remarkable men and women serve in law enforcement, and even fewer understand why they do what they do. Much love, much respect, and I think this video was beautiful. Thank you for your video. Suzanne will never be forgotten.

  • Thanks for sharing. Excellent tribute.

  • Thank you for all the Positive Comments. I felt that the choice of Song and Radio Traffic was very important! Thank you and please keep the Sheriff Office and family in your Prayers!

  • I'm a Deputy Sheriff in a nearby county and attended her funeral. Words can't begin to describe it. The outpouring of support from the LE community was beyond belief.

Thank you for doing this tribute. It is beautiful.

  • Such a beautiful soul lost forever. It saddened my heart to hear of this event. So many of us take for granted the protection offered so freely to us by our law enforcement. Thank you, Suzanne, as well as all those in law enforcement, for unselfishly giving so freely of yourself to protect us. May our continued prayers comfort Suzanne's family, and may God bless her as an eternal heavenly angel.

  • You will need some tissues if you take a moment of your time to watch.. Every hair on my body stood up and the chills ran through my body and the tears ran down my face. I Didn’t have the blessed chance to know Deputy Suzanne Hopper, but I have a very Sad Heart for the Loss of such a Beautiful Person. Rest in Peace with the Angles. 1-1-11.

  • 2:02 - 2:15 gives me chills.

  • As a former police officer and one who was married to a police officer this to me is one of the nicest tributes to a sister officer that could have been put out there. Thank you!

  • What wonderful tribute to Deputy Hopper. May GOD rest her soul and guide those left behind. It is a shame such fine men and women our required to make the ultimate sacrifice in order to keep certain members of our society with in the bounds of civility. GOD bless the Hopper Family and the Clark County Sheriff's Office!

  • My heart goes out to the family Of Deputy Hopper and to the Officers that worked with her...I did not know her, but any Officer that sacrifices their life for mankind is an angel in heaven watching over us....May Deputy Hopper Rest in Peace ~ 'Sister of another Deputy killed in the 'Line of Duty' ~

  • Excellent and emotional tribute to Deputy Suxanne Hopper....I couldn't agree more with you Sgt. Clark...whoever made this tribute video did an exceptional job....Thank you for posting and sharing this video. Lest we Forget Suzanne....She now joins so many other fallen heroes walking the beat and patrolling Heaven's streets! R.I.P. Deputy Hopper

  • This video by far is the best and most honorable video that I have yet to see. Deputy Hopper was an amazing deputy. She was at many of the public events in Clark County, Ohio. It was always nice to see her when I got the chance. This is a touching video and I also hope that it stays up on YouTube!!! Thank you uploader!!! It's greatly appreciated! :D

  • I didn't know this woman, but based on the photos, she was well liked by her peers. She must have been a very special lady. May God bless her family and friends, and may she rest in peace. May God bless and protect all divisions of law enforcement, EMS, FD, etc.

  • Suzanne was an amazing person, we were super close my whole life! I remember the week of Christmas that Thursday we were in walmart and I seen her and I ran up and hugged her she was suprised but that beautiful smile she has and the warm hugs she gave will never be forgotten!! I love her sooo much and will never forget her! This video is amazing and if you don't get tears from it you have a problem knowing her or not it still will bring tears to your eyes!!! Thank you for posting!!!!

  • @Skittles1261

You are absolutely welcome, she was a sweet lady. I will never forget her...

  • This is was wonderful. I can not think of a better way to start off a new year than with a dead cop.

  • Very very good memorial to Dept. Hopper. I did not know her however WE are all a family. I wish I was able to attend. My dad was there doing the fly over with CPD and a buddy of mine was with the Hamilton Co. SO pipe and drums. I am still amazed at the overall turn out for our fallen sister.

  • @hobbes7997 He can not grasp the concept of how the Investigation works. On another video he says, she should had stayed with the Sgt. and she would had lived. Said that they should have went Neighbors trailers and interviewed them before taking the picture. If they went and knocked on Michael's trailer, they both would have lost their lives.

  • I don't know who you are, but I would like to meet you and shake your hand. Thank you for this. Sgt Christopher Clark - Clark County Sheriff's Office

  • @cclark1296

    Thank you sir!

  • @cclark1296 Sgt Clark, that makes two of us. This tribute was very classy in both content and choices. From the few times I had to opportunity to meet her, she was always first class, as this video reflects. Thank god both deputies were not together as stated in another posting to video. I dont think our comunity could have coped with loosing 2 of you. 1 of our best was bad enough. To you, your dept., and Suzzane's family all our prayers go with you following this tragedy. -Clark County resident

  • Who ever made this video did a great job! Such a sad day for for CCSO and the families that day. Suzanne will never be forgotten. She is our true hero. EOW 1-1-11

  • @cindyjim69

Thank you, it was the largest Memorial I have been apart of. I attended it as a Firefighter, it was truly breath taking and an honor to participate.

  • Suzanne will be missed dearly. I took several training classes with her over the years and every time we met she had a smile on her face. This was the largest memorial I have participated in. Sleep in peace my sister in arms

  • @thumpermp342

I knew her from several community events, she was a nice lady and loved to call me "Sweaty." She will be dearly missed... I pray for her family and friends. The world is a little less safe and heaven now will be protected by a good woman. I also participated in the Memorial. That was the largest one I have been apart of and that was a super long procession.

  • a terrible, senseless, tragedy. i feel much sorrow for her children,

  • tHATS SO SAD

  • @sparkle5063
