Bumpy road for a toll road.... In Europe, all Toll Roads have a very high quality for the most part... you don't pay tolls for a bumpy ride.

Its bumpy because the pavement has to be replaced. This will be all taken care of by the end of 2009.

this road was paid off back in 1983.........it has ripping off the public with continue tolls to pay it's executives $100,000 per year salaries and double pensions...........this tollroad was to be a freeway when paid off....illinois politics...just like their past governors....CHEAT CHEAT CHEAT.....the public!!!!!!

The 10 minute limit is only for regular users. You can apply to be a Director user or one of the other user types and have no time limit.
