You get them by digging underground =) oh and if you didnt know the odd keystone is used on the hallowed tower, at route 209, to enable you to get a spiritomb.

Flash is no longer an hm. Flash is tm 70 now. Go into Oreburgh gate, smash the rock in your way, then once you enter B1F the tm will be a short walk away. You don't even need to use a bike to get it. That's what I meant.
