I don't mean to be picky because I love this mod but it annoys me that the flags don't move. I just see them as a giant peace of plastic that the soldiers are waving about. If they could fix that this mod would be perfect but as it is it's still amazing.

Its not possible to fix, Empire dont allow 2 waving flags, so 2 flags which are 100% bigger then the small waving flag are always better then the little one ;)

In rome or medieval 2, there were static flags too and nobody complain about it ;)

@Hinkel84 I think it's fair to say that when you give us total war players something new we get spoiled rather fast. He is right though, it does look like a piece of plastic.

The movie gettysburg is wrong in some parts. Actually, the director of gettysburg loves that song and he ordered the band to play it. It was never played during the real battle.

We managed to get 2 flags for a regiment into empire. But empire don't allow to have 2 waving flags, so we made them 2 times bigger, but static. But with this action, we can add unique battle flags like the irish brigade or other flags. The waving flags are ugly anyway.. :)

Well, its not possible to have 2 waving flags in empire. But that is needed in the civil war, so we can have different regimental flags. So we made the flags as static equipment files, like they were in rome or medieval 2..

2.6 has old units without ammo belt or haversacks.

Did you play the original Empire Total War? there are ships already ;) ... but its not possible to get any new ship models into the game like ironclads, sorry. Besides that, 3.0 is designed for autoresolve naval combat.

This is a fantastic mod, but there is one thing I am upset about: I was reading the government summary of the Confederate States, and it said the government type is a "Pro Slavery Government." Indeed slavery is one thing they supported, but they were a Confederation---hence the name. That is the main reason they wanted to leave the Union---they believed the central government had too much power.

{ troops diversify } I mean the units are virtually more realistic than the movie and special units that I have never seen in a movie like the Zouaves/Tigers it's refreshing , you should put insignia on northerner hats with numbers for a final crazy touch .

Any movies or games can be resumed up by Gray inf vs blue inf ....boring enormously boring , looks like they were not know that he also had cavalry especially the southern side .
