  • i honestly don't like watching baseball Today, its like they are just junked up on steroids.

  • My Hero! This is what greatness is made of. I get emotional just thinking od how watching Frank made me the best player I could become. meeting him, and walking with him was better than meeting Ted Williams. I wanted to go see his retirement game in Washington, but couldn't... bare the sight of the end of an era.

I am a former minor leaguer, but will always be a Frank Robinson Fan.

  • Frank Robinson, while active, was regarded as just a notch below Hank Aaron as the best right-fieler in the game. However, for a good streach there in the 1960s it was Robinson who was regarded as the best right-fielder in the game. What is sad is that you never hear about Robinson anymore as a player.

  • Frank Robinson another 5 Tool Player who's probably Underrated. Might be by 2nd Favorite Oriole All Time behind Eddie Murray.

  • Robinson sliding under Manny Sanguillen in Game 6 of the World Series to steal home. Best game I've ever seen!!!!! A class act, too!

  • When I was a kid, Frank Robinson was my baseball hero; a home run hitter who broke up double plays like a rookie just trying to make the team. The most competitive player this side of Ty Cobb. He's still a hero of mine, and a man with class.
