it's not really a fake... she just never actually went through the hoop. if you pause the video just right at 19 seconds you can clearly see that she is on the outside of the hoop. her right arm is completely visible with no obstruction by the rim. and she uses her left hand to snag the net as she passes. it's a good looking effect but not real non the less.
