  • I use the Winsor Pilates DVDs. I bought it a couple years ago when it came in a huge package online. As for yoga, I use my comcast on demand and I do the ones that last the longest.. usually around 48 minutes.

  • For my tummy, the pilates dvd and the bender ball is what toned it all up. For my butt it was pilates, squats, and lunges.

  • I don't have running machines either mamas. I just use my pilates, yoga, bender ball dvds. I also use the perfect push up. I also push the double stroller around the park with the kids are in it. When the kids play at the park I do squats, lunges, and push ups while watching them.

  • Hey! I love ur videos girl! I use the kid plate for portion control too! I work out with the Jillian Michaels dvds. She is also on demand thru comcast. U should try her out girl! Try the no more trouble zones if u wanna tone. Good luck!

  • i want to lose weight also, i have two kids now, it is only three weeks ago i gave birth to my daughter but im starting to try losing weith. i drink a lot of water, i cant do excercise at this moment because of my tummie but with six weeks i can agian and then i will do more with that and watch your vids :D But Damn girl i think you have a amazing body with two kids!! :D

  • I used to use the Cocoa butter for stretch marks from babies r us .. but i find that the nivea bye bye cellulite not only fades the stretch marks .. but it helps firm the skin. i liked the results better from the nivea lotion.

  • ahh i wanna lose weight cuz my son is 2 now and i still havent lost weight im 5''0 and i weigh 113 which doesnt seem like alot but im short so it is 4 more pounds and ill be over weight 4 my height i wanna get 2 100 pounds and lose my baby tummy u and kasey r motivating me 2 do this so i hope i can stick 2 but i just love food so much it sux lol

  • You're taller than me girl and weigh hecka less than me .. so i know ur smaller than me :) Eat everything you love but in small portions .. that's what i'm doing. I'm not giving up any food .. i love food too much .. hehe.

  • thank u sooo much for this video. i'm pregnant w/ my 2nd son and due august 17th. it took me a yr to loose all the weight i gained w/ my 1st son and then i got pregnant again. i was really stressed out wondering how on earth i was going to fit in exercising w/ a 19 month old and a newborn. pushing the stroller and exercising at the park is such a great idea! i'm so glad i watched this. oh-and did u get any strech marks because in that picture it looks like u have a perfect stomach.

  • You are so welcome girl! I had a few after my 1st son, but After having my second son I got A LOT of stretch marks. I use Nivea's bye bye cellulite cream over my stretch marks. It's really made them fade. They're still there, but barely visible.

  • i think a lot of people thing they have to measure what you eat but in fact you dont.....its all about proportions I mean ive been losing weight now for 3 weeks all I do is 3 10 min workouts I still eat normal......Im not skinny I have curves and I'm proud of them and all I do is tone up...so for all those girls who think you need to loss a lot you dont...and I hope you reach ur goal :)

  • My aunties are the same way about telling people in our family if they're "healthy". I'm not a personal trainer or nutritionist so I'm not sure how much you should lose in a month. What I would suggest is: 5-10 pounds in one month. (2-3 pounds per week)

  • I'm on a journey too lol My issue is the portion control. I'm 150 an trying to go back to 150. sticking to a cup of each portion of the meal I think is key. I work out three times a week and hopefully that in strict portion control will work. GOOD LUCK!!

  • Try out eating with portion control and i guarantee you will see results. keep up the work out plan and you will get to your goal girl!

  • Thanks! I actually do a combo or walking/ riding about 7-8 miles on my exercise bike, crunches, pelvic thrusts and jumping jacks! I am not on a rabit diet, I actually eat stuff I like, just cut out soo many carbs and I do the same thing as you girl, I serve myself on my kids plates!! LOL. If I have a burger or whatever, I throw the top bun away. My main things is avoiding eatling soo much bread. It has worked and hopefully I will lose the 20 more! Good luck and I'm with ya!   • That is an awesome work out combo. Yea I love food too much to diet hard core too. I avoid eating too many carbs too .. i do the same thing with the bread and when it comes to pasta or rice i only have one cup. Good luck too and thank you so much for your comment!

  • seriously i have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks just by cutting sodas and energy drink from my diet and replacing them with water and stopped mostly eating chips and chocolate except when i went to the cinema to see a movie i bought a small popcorn that had not touched because the girl totallly damped it with butter it was so gross so i only drank my coke lol and did not work out more than i usually do so! just cut some unuseful calories and youre good to go a little work out would help also lol

  • I did not get rid of them, they are still there. They are less visible because I apply Nivea's bye bye cellulite lotion over them. :)

  • I use my kids little plates that have the separating dividers on them. I eat as much veggies and fruits as I like. When it comes to carbs like rice or pasta or brea, i eat only 1 cup and meat i eat a fist sized full. I drink water or Cyrstal Light before or while i'm eating so I feel fuller and don't over eat.

  • Eating every 3 hours is exactly what I do. I've lost 50 lbs =D I am not an exerciser what so ever! I went from a size 17 to size 9..I would still like to lose 5-10 more lbs. Good luck with your weight loss journey! =)

  • Try using the kids plates .. i'm tellin u .. they help major with portioning all my food out. Also .. if you drink a glass of water before or after eating a portion sized plate .. it will make u feel fuller so you don't over eat.   • haha...i just commented on stillglamorus' video about her weight loss too. i'm actually doing it with u guys..including 19minus100. but i haven't gotten the nerve to make a vid about it yet. i've lost 48 lbs already but i'm trying to lose 52 more. i bought a weight set & a 5 pound hula hoop and i do it 4x a wk while watching tv & i do lots of lunges, squats & push ups. not woman push ups, man push up. i bought a pull up bar to put between the doors & i'm trying to do pull ups. lol

  • oh also the weight set i got is by Reebok, it's really cool. I got it from Target. it's a space saver so you can just hide it under your coffee table. It's just 2 dumbell bars and it comes with thin metal plates for the weights from 1 pound to 12.5 pounds. The space it takes is probably the width of a phone book which is great instead of having 24 dumbells taking up space in ur house. I'll put the link on your channel.

  • Girl, I gained 14 pounds too after finishing my first year of university!! And, I know exactly how I feel....I don't feel fat either but I just wanna look toned and fit into clothes and not worry about whats popping out! lol And, omg we weigh exactly the same right now :O THATS crazyyyyyyy!!! I am proud of you though for working out 5 days a week. I think I will try to 2-3 times a week and change my eating habits =/
