Totally agree with W3KTS. So this is what my water rates are being wasted on!! IT"S NOT LIKE WE HAVE A CHOICE TO GET OUR WATER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Are you a bunch of idiots? Whoever came up with the idea of ADVERTISING a product that you HAVE TO HAVE wants sacking!

Oh dear. Ignorant northerners , the old stereotypes. And it's not like water users have a choice is it? A waste of money - especially if Yorkshire Water is taking ad breaks on ITV1 at 9.00 p.m. Instead of facile TV commercials how about sorting out all the problems we have with flooding etc.?
