  • @GeraldGigerl Actually, I don´t go to the gym ; ) The traffic in Caracas would rob my energy & time to do ALL THAT I LOVE TO DO, so for the time being, I train @home with NO EXCUSES, just like what I do in the videos, LOL.. What about you?
