THIS IS HOW I GOT NICE STRENGTH LEVEL, GET 55 SLAYER, GRAB YOU'RESELF A LEAF-BLADED SWORD, GO TO THE RELLEKA SLAYER CAVES, GO PAST PYREFIELD, BASILISKS AND JELLYS, KILL THE TUROTHS.

NOTE: wear dboots, granite body, amulet of glory (4) dplatelegs, d medhelm and tok shield. this set up has like 260 defence bonus.

FOOD: 10-50 B2p ( bone to peach tabs) not the runes take up too much space. and bring an inventory of lobster or food of choice. Use combat method: Lunge.
