It has been 8 months since I've seen my boys...my SPANDAU BALLET...live for the first time. Watching these vids from the gig and dvd bring it right back and make me cry. It was an honour to witness SPANDAU BALLET LIVE. Seriously.

For me it all started with a song and a smile...today I am older but that song and that smile still rule me. Spandau Ballet...thank you very much from my soul for October 2009 in Birmingham and for the 25 years prior. I have always loved you and I always will! Gary Kemp....love Gary Kemp....he is the best songwriter alive! Best!

Yesterday evening Spandau started their european tour at Belgrade, Serbia... That was incredible experience for me, since I saw them 23 years ago at Belgrade, and to see and hear that they remained the same with same top quality and incredible music... and of course, Tony with his voice... after so many years... uhhhh.....

I'm in a complete shock ! ! !

i didn't see how the members of Spandau Ballet look in 20 years , and all i can say is that i'm in deep shock ,the lead singer Tony Hadley gain some weight (don't want to be or sound offensive),it also happened to other big stars from the 80's like Simon Le Bon from Duran Duran and Thomas Anders from Modern Talking.

Wish I could see Spandau in Australia when they tour with Tears for Fears next spring! So instead, I'm wishing and hoping and praying that Spandau will PLEASE tour in the United States with Tears for Fears next summer!!!! :)

Forget about Hadley's weight, the man has the voice of a legend...he is absolutely a legend! DAMN sexy too, don't care bout his weight, his character more than makes up for it!

I'm glad his voice hasn't changed over the years. Time though has only been ok for them. He really does look like he should be a Vegas lounge singer.

The suit can only hide so much. He really needs to hit the gym. Part of the 80's appeal was their style and being 40 lbs overweight kinda kills that.

Its unfortunate, but in about 3 months this comeback will be over and just another faded, although pleasant, memory.

Maybe, and hopefully, I am wrong...but I think we have all seen it before.
