First off, Excell isn't made for multitouch. That doesn't make multitouch impossible.

Also, look at you, you never heard of a software keyboard. Pretty much standard in all multi-touch interfaces. Look at you, stalkin on the interwebs.

can we use digital pen to make notes and to write mathematics formulas in class. cant really do that with your finger all day

No dice. The screen is a glass surface that responds to human touch. You could use a foam tipped sketch pen but it doesn't work that well.
