This is from April 99, WCW annually held a show in Panama City during Spring break which usually had the ring surrounded by a pool. In 97 Kevin Nash and Scott Hall came out drunk for real on TV and Nash cannonballed into the pool. It just so happened the last Nitro was held there too but not around the pool.

This was the also episode that Rey Mysterio Jr faced Ric Flair for World title in the main event which Rey won by DQ.
