I was born Luzon, left when I was thirteen and now live in California. We left for economic reasons. I have always dream of touring the islands from Batanes to Sulo. I have been to Indonesia (java, Borneo, Bali and Belitung) and Malaysia, but unfortunately not have the oppurtunity to visit the Visayas and Mindanao. Now I realize what Sukarno used to say...Serumbong. We all share common history and the constant struggle to retain our heritage.
