Madonna had the deeelite album before it was released on her same label. she may have done it better in your opinion....but Deee-lite did it first and ON their own.

Deeelite! Lady Kier has one of the best voices of the 1990's. Iconic. She never gets enough credit for really moving this type of techno/house/pop/warehouse music into the mainstream but without dulling it.
