In answer to the charcoal versus propane debate, it depends on what you're grilling... charcoal makes a better steak, in my opinion... but propane makes a better burger.
If you grill fish, just a COUPLE MINUTES over propane and oh man is it good!
the best is to get some burgers put it in the smoker than grill it up with bacon pepper jack cheese ketchup and a little hot sauce to give it some kick and always french fries and beer
mmmm cheeseburgers... classic american deliciousness... i like my mine grilled up in the backyard over hot charcoal on a hot summer day with some A-1, mcormicks sweet and spicy rub, lettuce, a pickle on the side and a nice cold milwaukees best
