  • asarutu rayfuru.

  • Such a gun porn...

  • I think it looks sexy. (:

  • Comment removed

  • I first saw it in Demolition Man in 1993 (mocked up as a particle beam gun)

  • I have question, what exactly is the advantage of "caseless" ammo over normal cased ammo?

  • @4HeartsChelsea no need to extract the bullet which both allows for higher firing rates and a cleaner action (no dirt can come in through the breech)

also the weight and cost of the ammo is reduced significantly

  • @Keh0ol Oh, thanks!!

  • @4HeartsChelsea i meant to say "casing" not "bullet" of course

    it was late :)

  • Caseless ammunition will be revisited for serious military use. It'll just take time.

  • It's such trace amounts you can ship it via ups, USPS. No special hazmat storage required. The actual "glowing" of the material is the reaction of he material and even watches with glowing dots by the numbers use it so don't chop off your hand if your watch breaks

  • @mrmann43 lol no you don't. Small amounts of tritium get on you it advises you to wash your hands seal in a plastic bag and mail it back to manufacturer...you don't have to scrap the gun lol...shit glock night sites and almost every night sight contains tritium. I wouldn't eat it and id wash my hands if it got on me but shit bro scraping a weapon cause a broken Acog is ridiculous.

  • Seeing that it's a prototype weapon pretty much nobody who posts in this has hands on with the g11, but it is pretty simple....having no brass case to eject a good portion of heat from firing the round that the heat stays with the gun. That is a known inherent problem with caseless ammo.

  • Shit even the LSAT project went from caseless to using a polymer case and is still having the problems that come with caseless ammo.

  • @csmybuttt You left out that your a know-it-all ass hole whose misinformed opinion is the only one that matters. There is a fucking reason caseless ammo isn't used and a fucking reason the g11 didn't go anyplace you realize that right? Caseless ammo has so many major drawbacks. Go fuck yourself and go back to COD where the gun is so tacticool and effective cause that real life....ass

  • That piece of shit couldn't even make it to the battlefield, it overheats so fucking fast.

  • @Ichigo2410 Do you know this personally, or are you just regurgitating documentaries?

  • These are pretty cool. It's a shame it was never perfected, because it deffinitly produced a quick rate of fire when it was used with 3 round bust. (On fully automatic it only shot 400 some RPM) Respond if you have something to say, but if you are a COD nerd, a wanna be, or a smart ass please don't comment.

  • @mrmann43 it was took too long to reload and plus, if the scope broke, there were no backup sights (to my knowledge)

  • @starktuna true but a weapon with an acog has the same problem only worse. if an acog breaks it releases radioactive material, therefor you are advised to get rid of the entire gun as soon as the acog breaks, witch leaves you with no weapon.

  • @mrmann43 actually it was "perfected"... well perfected is probably the wrong word since that takes some time in the field but it was ready to be deployed to the german armed forces

  • @THEEConnorLange I build patrol rifles for LEOs for 5 years and come from a family of FFLs. What do you do in the firearms industry?

  • Yup that was adult vocab from you.

  • Yeah dude it's garbage that's why nobody uses it it's impractical, expensive, and the ammo sucks

  • @csmybuttt actually fucktard I'm a gunsmith and was an armorer ...although I haven't fired this prototype garbage it's not the first gun to use ceaseless ammo. I've built and own several firearms and participate in 3 gun matches and tactical carbine classes. What the fuck do you do...sheep

  • @elox02 garbage? are you fucking stupid? this and the G41 would've been a great pair. and don't even say some shit about call of duty because i don't even play black ops so you can fuck yourself you prick.

  • @elox02 and fucktard? really? are you 10 years old? learn some vocabulary you immature, impotent, fucking moron.

  • @elox02 Oh really? I'm an astronaut, and a dinosaur in my spare time.

Regardless of whatever the fuck you are, does it justify you being a pretentious prick? Perhaps you have yet to realize this, but you are not the only one who has held a firearm, so stop talking shit like you are.

  • Is this a Japanese gun program?

  • Look ma, H&K made a portable heater and candy machine!

  • It seems like the majority of Black Ops comments are the ones AGAINST the COD-knowledge of guns.

  • wtf is he saying?

  • Retract last post just saw this room is full of COD fucktards and cod fucktard hk fanboys because there marketing department puts them on every book video game and movie....good job sheep. Google "HK because you suck and we hate you" done posting here.

  • @elox02 Wow, you googled some info, and now you are an expert, a notch above those "sheep"!

Get off your high horse, kiddo.

  • Amazingly prone to moisture fouling and cooking off rounds...that's what happens when the case is the propellant

  • It's an amazing weapon system, all they would need to do is redesign it. It looks just so awkward. But, they've also dumped projects like the XM8 and OICW.

  • they put the g11 and the m16 3 burst fire cause they were to powerful and it would be impossible to play against those guns

  • @poltrety777 ok

  • @poltrety777 But M16A1 can't even fire 3-burst, only semi and full auto

  • I know right

  • i don't get it. why is the black ops version 3 burst fire?(same thing for the M16)

  • @MrPaulmccartney111 Because it actually exists.

  • @chosen1162 ok thx

  • How was the ammo fragile?

  • lol looks like a badass nail gun!

  • The g11 works by feeding in through the top to a mechanism that gets the shots ready in a way that wont exploxe one another since they are so fragile

  • @NameNotAlreadyTaken2 The G11 was compact. As much so, even, as the M4. It was also very reliable as of the ACR competition in the beginning of the 2000's. And how many examples of small arms are there that can fire a variety of different cartridges? Your argument is valid but not all of the facts are there.

  • I KNOW COD IS A GOOD GAME BUT GUYS STFU

  • does this gun have 3 mags?

  • is the sound from a perfume commercial?

  • Google it theres a diagramp that exsplanes

  • How in the hell does a caseless firearm work...tell me. Hell, I can't even discern how this gun feeds! Its all witchcraft!

  • @polishroxxor Look up the G11 diagrams on Google, it was such a complicated firearm and the ammo was so fragile that it was never put into service.

  • the G11 is an awesome weapon, but was designed in a time when the only war worth thinking about was a conventional one fought between the large armies of NATO and Warsaw Pact in the forests and hills of central Europe.

it just doesn't translate to the modern world. nowadays we want extremely compact, unbelievably rugged in horrible conditions, and above all, modular, weapons that can take a variety of ammo types.

unfortunately, the G11 is the polar opposite of this.

  • Thumbs up for the people who knew about this and probably 95% of all the guns on COD before COD ever existed. Even though most of the people hitting the thumbs up button might be full of shit. LOL

  • I always use this when I play Modern-. You know what, let's not ruin a perfectly fine video with a comment like that.

I'm a little disappointed that they didn't show the hyperburst though.

  • @skariaxil fail. It's from black ops.

  • @iforgotwhatiwasdoin

I don't play Call of duty. It died after CoD4. After that it was just $60 mods.

  • The gun was just terrible. Not the oh man if I made a few tweeks it can finally it is ready for action. No I mean it was terrible. It was a noisemaker and a horizontal smokestack. The rate of fire was slow and the bullets was weaker than the 5.56. The reloading was a choir. Not good in the heat of combat. if it was fired longer it would burn your hand. Worst still the weapon was ugly. It looked like a uh gun from the 1980s science fiction space gun. MAN that is ugly.

  • @SuperRip7 The G11 did have a selector switch, with the rate of fire on full- auto being 460 rounds per minute. However, in a 3- round burst, recoil is not felt until the 3rd shot is fired, thanks to the floating barrel mechanism. Since it used caseless ammunition, both left and right handers could use the gun without switching parts. The only reason that NATO countries didn't adopt is because it used a different type of ammunition. What the fuck are you complaining about?

  • Im gonna be totally honest... I had no idea this gun existed until Black ops. thumbs up if u agree

  • black ops brought me here..

  • No it's not, by war time, all that "pez dispenser" is all ready so no need. It's a 5 second reload at most. Damn you guys actually think those vietcong people actually had to do that while in battle? Lol dumbasses, it was all set up before they went out.

  • To slow for reaload

  • The ammo loads like a pez dispenser.

  • @razedeezy It actually is one. The German army uses it for some trenchline fun times.

  • @razedeezy Maby because it is a "Sweet" gun :D

  • @razedeezy LOL!

  • @razedeezy and if you havent noticed there are 2 more mags in the front of the gun, so its easyer to reaload. SEE THERE ARE 2 MORE MAGS NEXT TO THE MAG THAT IS BEING USED *guy screaming in your ear*

  • @razedeezy right?

  • Fav.. Battle rifle... Lol

  • G11 is canadian because its a box...

  • @lolcat1945 lolcat is a retard because he's a lolcat. How does what you say even make sense. Germans and Canadians make far better shit than americans do.

  • @Deerslayer2k9 South park...

  • caseless ammunition? o.O

  • HECKLER AND KOCH MAKES SOME OF THE BEST GUNS AROUND! SO SHUT THE FUCK UP ABOUT COD AND ENJOY THE DAMN VID!

  • It looks like a shoe box. but its cutting edge.

  • now they claim this technology is to complicated

i bet in 30 years all assault rifles will be like this

  • I gotta crash this video...

  • ONLY PUSSIES WEAR EAR PROTECTION FOR ASSAULT RIFLES

  • @t90bt Only idiots who want to lose hearing don't wear ear protection for any weapon.

  • I love at 1:16, he lets his finger off the trigger and yet the gun continues to fire

  • i wonder... how much could it cost?

  • I want one those

  • its amazing how it has caseless ammunition

  • 1:06

    MFW

  • wind up toy :D

  • exactly how was the 4/73 by 33 round supposed to be suprior to ptoblematic 5.56 round type i mean hugher velcioty is my best guess but overall the rifle is to mcuh of a lab rifle devlopment of a 6.8 rifle would be best solution to the unquie NATO condrum one that is a bullpup degin and can have extrior attchments that do not intfere with operation and overall good relebilty

  • The gun looks like a big plastic brick.... just sayin. Probably one of the most ugly firearms i've seen.

  • Black ops

  • Caseless rounds NICE!

  • I only want a few things in life

    - To hold an M1 Carbine (done)

    - To own an M1 Garand

    - To shoot an MP40

    - To do any of the three, with this wonderful beauty

The G11 is absolutely gorgeous, looks great and is a reliable weapon from what I gather, and I'm in love with it.

  • ultra amazing weapon. I'd love one...

  • A genuine G11 with mags? HOLY FUCK.

  • Anyone else think this gun looks just like a stapler? Even the bullets look like staples. "COVER ME GUYS, I NEED SOME MORE STAPLES FOR THIS DAMN THING!"

  • That guy has more recoil than the G11

  • this weapon was an absolute failure. and im not just saying that. it was unreliable and the system was awkward

  • @awesomeabsol "During testing of the G11 K2 in the Fall of 1989, German Army draftees achieved an average of 50% more hits using the G11 compared with the G3 rifle. Other tests in 1990 showed that of 60,000 rounds fired by a G11, the estimated ammunition failure rate was about 1/485 rounds, with a minimum cook-off rate of 150 rounds at 60 RPM."

Easier to use than the G3, half the jam rate of the HK 416.

Does it look "unreliable" and "awkward" to you?

  • @DeftCrowMk3 it may be accurate and not jamming, but it happened to self-ignite and burn, that's the bad thing

  • @DeftCrowMk3

Many people bring up the overheating, but they fixed that problem.

What I heard, is that the rounds tended to punch straight through targets, and not doing as much damage as say, a 5.56x45mm.

I also get the impression that it was mechanically complex, and possibly difficult to field strip.

But it's a very interesting firearm. I hope H&K doesn't abandon the idea forever. There's potential here.

  • @0neDoomedSpaceMarine yeah, but it was really expensive to make. If you read about it, they said it was discontinued because it wasn't cost effective for military/police.

  • @DeftCrowMk3 the caseless ammo was a double edged sword it was explosive like the black powder of old so tht was probably why it was never adopted

  • @DeftCrowMk3 please put translation of video!!

  • @DeftCrowMk3 It's really fucking expensive and the internals are way too complicated. I doubt any military would ever issue the G11 to their soldeirs.

  • @DeftCrowMk3 sorry for blending in, but i do agree it might be akward. at least at reloading, and it also seems a little bulky, so akward is right

  • @DeftCrowMk3 is it just me or dose the recoil of the G11 look really heavy in other videos about it?

Also about the G3, I personally love that battle rifle more than the G11 but I love every HK gun.

  • omg in mathew reilly's books it says these guns arw super fast

  • For being a caseless round, this thing sure does spit out a butt load of powder smoke when it fires. Something like this looks too big and bulky to be used ona real ballefield or in the streets of urban warfare. I'm pretty sure this would pwn all in an "Aliens" type of situation though.

  • Interesting cocking of the weapon...u turn it! X] But I still can't wait for MW3

  • This rifle sounds intimidating as hell sad thing is this weapon was never picked up by the Germans so it was discontinued..I'd like to find one though

  • interesting reload.

  • Black ops is so f**** stupid why shoud sovijet soilders use famas??????

  • That is one high technology weapon. How does it hold up to mud and freezing temperatures though?

  • theres always a mention of cod on a firearm vid! can we please just leave em to talk bollox to eachother while we keep on topic discussing the gun itself rather than wasting time on these spotty sunlight depraved knowitalls!! lol

  • @SKUMMASBAGGUS And theres always someone who has to mention it. GOD we get it!

  • @ohmygoditsyomamma Obviously not as it still happens. And my name is St Peter! NOT GOD! Get it right next time!!! :p

  • @SKUMMASBAGGUS oops sorry st peter

  • @SKUMMASBAGGUS I've noticed that most of the comments are just ones complaining about how there's "always" comments alluding to a video game, sometimes more comments complaining about call of duty fans than actual comments written by said fans.

  • good concept, questionable looks. yet it is cool at the same time.

  • i hate when blackops players come on here to think they are experts i spend almost all day learning guns on imfdb and the g11 is a masterpiece and was created in the late 70s and was cancelled by h&k which i think is bullcrap because this gun would have gotten away with murder with the caseless ammunition

  • Fucking Black Ops fanboys, I actually had the privilege to hold a real prototype of the G11 many, many years ago, at a gun show where a representative from H&K had one. I bet of they continued to refine the ammo in the G11 then all modern day guns would use caseless ammo.

  • Did they had MP5s when you went to that gun show?

  • @AJ15ist Yes, 2 of them in fact. You could not buy any of them though, they were just there for show.

  • Dear Santa...

  • its a fu***n deceptacon! :O

  • Damn that caseless ammo has got quite some power. Look at the way it kicks. Wonder why we don't have more weapons that use it.

  • @Ashikun because its a bitch to reload

  • Staple Gun, good for Offices.

  • Yes, this is the gun from Demolition Man.

  • Stop talking about Call Of Duty Guys!!! BTW This Video Has Nothing To Do With Call Of Duty

  • gee 11

  • Guns in COD are a joke, they don't care about reality they're making guns as strong as they want to. Just like balistic knifes flyeing 100m and killing with 1 hit. funny.

  • こんなん銃じゃねぇよぅ・・・

    鋼鉄!木!薬莢まき散らすのが銃だろう!

    MG42の撃った後なんか感動もんじゃねぇか!

  • stop talking bout cod every fucking video i watch some retard talks a bout that fucking stuiped game

  • Japanese gun porn.

  • And also you can make it in Full-Auto :)

  • Ak Mag now reactivated

  • slow rate of fire

  • The caseless ammunition is what makes this thing so badass.

  • that looks so fun to shoot

  • you reload that thing like a pez dispenser

  • Isn't the G11 like.. Bullshit rare? today that is?

  • @SemtexGoBOOM Yes, they only produced 1000 units

  • What's up with all of the call of duty fags that think they know about guns just because they play it like seriously come on now

  • It's funny how everyone is quick to Diss COD, but people came here because of COD.

  • Where did they get the ammo to fire this...

  • The loading is just plain sexy.

  • hi, i hate cod, bye

  • @TyrantGrandburnin thats all true but if you watch a slow motion high speed footage of an FAL being fired the entire barrel shakes like a leaf. i didnt mean the recoil from the gun into the shooter (any guns recoil can be disregarded if you know how to properly hold a firearm ;) lol) i meant the transfer of energy throught the parts of the gun itself. its just that it could be put together alot better. but it is a decent gun. but that barrel wobble hinders your accuracy enough to miss a shot

  • @TyrantGrandburnin not really its faulty design gives it alot of recoil for a battle rifle

  • 0:07 Tzii zuizi

  • Comment removed

  • no casings left behind genius design

  • マガジン外すとき熱そう

  • Where are the hulses?

  • this weapon is ahead of her time...

  • the reloading is so retarded

  • Don't compare REAL guns to virtual ones.

Yes, COD is fun to play but remember it's only a fucking game

  • Badass slow mo at the end

  • To think, this gun is in Black Ops in 1968... This gun wasn't even DESIGNED until the late 70s! Almost everything and I mean EVERYTHING, in Black Ops isn't supposed to be in there! Stupid game...

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA your an idiot. Black ops multiplayer is set in a different time to the single player campaign of Black ops, the multiplayer component is set in the 70's while the campaign isn't

  • @deadInf3rno What are you talking about, the campaign is all flashbacks from the bay of pigs in cuba and shit. also, JFK is in it?

  • @jaimefbaby the latest date the campaign is set to is 1968 on the last mission and as for the multiplayer on the map stadium it has the year 1972 plastered all over the map and the reason it's in the game in aa early year like that is because it was just the prototype version of the gun being used.

  • @jaimefbaby omg the flashbacks were made to the vietnam war and the actual time was present day where the investigation, jfk was the one who hired mason to do this whole operation, the multiplayer was still based on the 1960's-70's because of the killstreaks, maps, and also the guns they used, treyarch was smart enough to not chicken out with guns, by putting the prototypes such as g11, aug... the zombies on the other hand, well they differ...

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA You are ryt! Did you note the rail systems on some of the weapons? Those came late too! And the fact that the M16 can have its carrying handle removed to fit a scope or red dot, that can't be done because the version in BO is the A1 variant and the carrying handle is part of the upper receiver! And the FAMAS version, not only wasn't it even designed in 1968, but the version in Blackops is the 2001 FELIN export variant! And they put the same modern iron sights on almost all guns!

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA That's probably why it's a classified weapon in the game. Maybe it was in development around that time. It's a possibility.

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA The first prototype was in the 60's atleast according to wiki.

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA You're fucking stupid. Black Ops is also based in the cold war period. Get some facts, dumbass.

  • @Alteonify, OMG your ALL idiots for even comparing guns to what is in video games. the cold war is a period of like 60 years. AND no the aa12 cant pack ranges similar to the 5.56 round. the range on a 5.56 round is roughly 2500 feet....a 12 gauge shotty round is closer to 100 yards. GET THE FACTS BRAH

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA 60s 70s adnd 80s are time base in black ops

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA and the AKS-74U was designed in 1979.... COD is a ripoff

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA its agame get over it

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA its just a game. their point is meant to be fun, not realistic.

  • people think the m14 has nothing to do with the m21 and the m4 isnt a ar15 these kids play too much cod.

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA about half of the weapons should be there, though I liked how in black ops you could get a RPK but in "modern" warfare you had the older RPD

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA black ops if you knotice ad vances thought the year of the veit nam war

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA

    Let's see

Ak-74 (Clearly built in 1974) being used in the late 60's

Steyr AUG being used WAY before it was even designed

CoD logic certainly is something, ain't it?

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA and only 1000 ever made

  • @R3APERSBAZOOKA it was mass produced and introduce in the 70s
