I live and work around rednecks in Houston, Tx. I've lived in the south all my life. And I'm telling you, there's no way of categorizing and generalizing rednecks in today's society. Times have changed. You'll still find plenty of racists but they're not as easy to find as you think. You simply can't sit in your little bubble and look down at the south and think you know what to find there.
