I also think that he's not going to come back until the destruction of the Black Organization, or at least until the end is near. I'm sure there will be an explosive final several episodes in which Conan becomes Shinichi, all the love plots are resolved, the identities of both Scar Akai and Subaru are revealed, things blow up, guns are blazing, murders are solved, and the mysterious leader of the Black Organization is unveiled and brought to his knees. And of course, one truth will prevail.

Weißt wer von euch in welcher Band das geschieht? Shu....da sieht man was passiert, wenn man mit der Schwarzen Organisation "arbeitet" das ne FBI einen anderen umnieten muss... Kir wollte das eigentlich garnicht, aber es bliebt ihr nichts übrig... Gin ist echt für meine Augen das Übelste.

mmm yes i've thought like you at first sight but there is a particular that i've noticed!(ahah i'm speaking like Conan..)..in that little picture can you see his hands?where are they?In his pants pockets....so a deadman not stay with hands in pockets ^_^....if you look at scan 02 after kir shooted him he take hand to his heart (so his hands are out of his pocket when he is dying..)....and in last scan he has both the hands in pockets^^..so he is alive^^

i love shuu :( but i believe he's not dead, after all this is akai we're talking about^^ for example wy did he have his right hand in his pocket? and it looks like his had moved a little once he was shot. there's a lot o good theories about him actually not being dead...gosho can't do this to us
