In some ways I think this one's superior to that, or at least a whole lot more fun because of the way her performance style and brassiness evolved and deepened between that one and this one. This performance is *marvelously* over the top and just so heedlessly fun. This one's all diva showmanship, and one can see both the legacy wrought by Catwoman and the persona that created Yzma. A remarkable imprint on pop culture. RIP.

Actually, Miss Kitt has never had plastic surgery and is vocally against it. I remember reading that she can't understand why women would want to hide natural aging. My guess is that it's the lighting and make up in this video that gives her the "plastic face."
