I fucking hate slot car derby. I never played Mario Party 2. But it was in Mario Party 1 and I still can't figure out how to beat the computers at it. How do you do it? T_T

Have you at least tried to push the control stick completely when there is a straight path, and pushing more lightly when on curves or when white smoke appears?

Yeah, but someone must have rigged it because even if I slow down right as the white smoke appears, I start spinning and wasting time. I hate that minigame so much.

i haven't had a copy of this game in years. it's so hard to find and when you DO find it online it's really expensive. do you still have your copy?

No, a short time later after recording "Classic" version, the N64 I had broke and for some weird reason they threw away all my games for it and most of my accessories.

So I had to buy a new one as well as search for games at a thrift store every other day. And usually other people buy it before I can, so it can be annoying.

This game isn't terribly pricey on Amazon though, but you have to pay the extra 3.99 for shipping.

@DarkBowser64 btw if you beat it on normal you get the item mini games...if you somehow manage to beat it on hard you get the duel mini games...i could never beat it on normal....****ING CRANE GAME!!!!! can you give me some tips or something on how to beat that peice of crap? :D

@banjotenie I'm not really sure how it's so hard, you just have to make sure to never let them go (Press A as fast and repeatedly as you possibly can), and use the timer clocks whenever time reaches 25 or less, if possible. It's mostly buttonmashing there.

@banjotenie I suggest the "spaz your hand wildly and make it all shaky" method. Honestly, the buttonmashing isn't as intensive as the ones in Mecha-Marathon on Hard, though. :/

oh what if I play this game from mini-game coaster, i may just pause for a second or two then continue to count so they just stay where they r for half a second then pause again then again.

But I could messed up if they just keep moving around

how do you win in Roll Call i thought it was easier to count the characters when they re in straight lines but now when they're like everywhere

You can sort of Rapid-Pause. They disappear when it's actually paused, but the instant you do that it gives you a little more time to remember what you just saw.

As for me I just paused the emulator and edited out the pause. :p

You need to play all 4-Player, 1 vs. 3, and 2 vs. 2 Mini-Games, then buy ALL of them from Woody in Mini-Game Land. You'll need coins you get from each board for this. If you're missing some just play another board game or play Mini-Game Stadium Trial if you have it.
