I don't know but on 00:45 on the car it stand "WE AIM NOT TO LOSE" i think they want to bring it on the 24/5 bcs on the bottom it stands "2405" and you know that GTA IV is a little bit lated so i think they don't want the same with GTA V so that's bcs there stands WE AIM NOT TO LOSE !

so I'm gathering by the Vinewood sign and the Los Santos graffiti at 0:50 that this will be set in San Andreas again? hopefully they allow as much customisation and as good a game as the original San Andreas. Really DON'T want a repeat of that clunky trash that was GTA4. As long as the cars handle better than part 4 I'm happy.

it would be SO genius if the character was an older Tommy Vercetti. the voice sounds a little bit younger though, and has a faint hispanic accent, though at certain parts it sounds like it could be Tommy. (obviously not Ray Liotta tho)
