have to sit far back ( if not moded ) and yank handle bars up .....or keep both feet on floor from stop and rev the front end will lift then keep feet skiding on floor peice of piss
true, you cant use just throttle. But you CAN do them pretty easily. My bike is all stock and does perfect ones. Just takes a little pull, not too much.

tune the engine, so it gets faster accelerations.
i really dont hope you think that he is doing it that easy on a legal scooter, who goes from 0-30 kmph in 20 sec.
i can tell you that guy got a sport exhauxtion, removed all the limiters, maybe an unlimted

then with some skills and the right gearing, you should easly be doing what he is
