I don't know what you're talking about as far multiplayer being disabled. The only way it's disabled is you don't have a gold membership or a high speed internet connection.

You have to have an Xbox live gold membership ($50.00/year) and a high speed internet connection. Once you have both of those things in order then you have to access the multiplayer lobby system via your cell phone (where it says multiplayer). Choose your game and then hit the "a" button two more times and your in.

What?! Are you playing from a PC or a console gaming system? If you're on an xbox 360 and you've switched to a newer or an upgraded console then you'll have to call customer support and get them to reset your windows live id and password and then use that to transfer your gamertag and however much time is left in your live account to your new console.

Do you mean the difference between Xbox Live Silver (free) and Xbox Live Gold (not free)? Basically the main difference is you can't play games online without gold, and you have to wait longer to get some game demos.

This isn't supposed to be a skill video or a 'wow' video, it's a light-hearted compilation of the best and funniest moments that happened during my first day with GTA IV. Seeing as not many people are 1337 on the first day, the video contains mostly funny moments.

But ranked matches are somewhat of a joke in GTA IV because there is no way to restrict how many people join a room, which usually means the full 16 do which leads to lag. Also the host has total control over the game, which is fine except that most of them don't seem to know how to set up a game properly.

Thanks, I used a Dazzle Platinum Capture Card. It's a USB device - just plug it into your PC, plug your 360 into it and away you go. (There's a bit more to it than that, but that's basically it).
