I've got an Overland with the 5.7 itll go that fast no problem I just want the SRT8 because the brakes are good enough for speeds like that lol

It's stock. The actual speed is 134 on a gps unit. It's supposed to limited to 130 but obviously a bit over.

Thats the same thing I am saying, this is a top of the line model with the hemi, and they have made no distinction between the base model interior and the top level interior. I love Jeeps but can't justify the 30k price tag for an interior of this level

your not really paying for the interior but the interior is way different. i have a 3.7 and a 5.7. but the reason why the overland is so pricey and the top of the line is because of the computer and the engine. when you get on the highway with it it drops down to a 4 cyclider instead of a 8 so your not burning as much gas. thats the real reason why this bitch is so amazing and expensive.

Right, but would it kill them to change the interiors between models. I have seen on 08 interior and its a little better. MDS give you like 4 more mpg, bring the diesel over to the states........

I think the backlight colors they changed to white, which looks more upscale, rather than use the green lighting thats in must of Jeeps line. They also added lighter interior colors and aluminum trim around vents so it does not look as much like plastic. I'm not hating on Jeeps, they ride well and go anywhere, and the engines are nice. I'm just wondering why they would keep the interior of the Grand Cherokee the same through different models.

its not a program. Just go to a tuner shop and they change chip in the cars computer and ur good to go as fast as you can.

It's supposed to be limited to 130 in the UK. I had my Garmin GPS locator in there and it ran to a genuine 138 at an airfield caught Bruntingthorpe, England.
