I used to have so much respect for Christina Aguilera. I used to want to be just like her when she did the Genie in a Bottle song! I'm 20 years old & even I find this uncomfortable to watch, knowing that millions of young children would have seen it. My 8 year old sister wants to be a singer & watches the X Factor because it shows regular people's dreams of being a singer come true. No way do I want her to think this is an appropriate way to behave. I have lost all respect for this woman.

However, I do feel that it was getting to the limit of inappropriateness, but it was fine to be aired. Lastly, people need to stop ruining it for others and simply get a life...if you don't like it then don't watch it-simple! :)

@footyfan48 i understand what you're saying, but x factor is 1 of the most popular shows in the uk with millions of viewers many as young as in junior school, its just common sense for something this sexual to be allowed when they KNOW how many young children watch this, many people follow this program and it is relatively clean and so parents would not expect this and would not know beforehand with any sort of warning or anything.

I don't understand that's wrong here. She's singing fantastically. The movie is called Burlesque (the original Cabaret). Also, Rihanna's a talentless hoe who dresses as a hoe on her performances and no one says anything. Also, Wagner's dancers were also provocative. I'm sorry, but when it was announced that Christina would be appearing on the Xfactor it clearly stated that she was going to be performing a song from 'Burlesque' any parents with young kids should've read that and thought we'll fast forward that, but instead they decide to moan and groan about it. They covered themselves by saying she would perform a song from her movie. Of course the outfits would be suggestive etc. And also, so what if she has put on weight? She looks healthy to me!
