Julius Peppers could probably bowl a 300, shoot 10 under par at the Masters, and take Chris Chelios one-on-one on the ice too...What an all around athlete! #TarHeelNation
@TVguy2011 Cause he is way better at football and will end up making close to $100million in his career. Not to mention all the pro bowls. And in the NBA he probably wouldn't make half of that and be a role player at best.
There are not too many 6 foot 6 powerforwards in the NBA. He is talented, but not Charles Barkley or even Larry Johnson talented for a powerforward that short.

@VicInNocal im sick of people basing how good a dunk is on people's size or weight... if a dunk is good it's good. just cos nate robinson is only 5'9... doesn't make one of his lame-ass 360 dunks better than a 360 through the legs dunk by golden child

From Bailey North Carolina. What up Bailey!!! what ya'll know about that! Born in Wilson, Shout out to Nash county and wilson county.. Ya'll hold it down
He was an athlete, but then again look at the NBA you've got several PF's (Tyson Chandler, Tyrus Thomas, Darius Miles, Chris Anderson, etc.) that can't really play basketball they are just long and athletic. I've always wondered how good he would have been if he were converted to TE instead of DE though...
Peppers was football all along. He was very highly recruited for football out of HS, actually played RB in HS. He also played basketball. But he was an all-american in college who has his number retired at Carolina. He was athletic enough to play basketball as well but he didn't go from basketball to football like Gates did.
yes he did. was a late comer to being a serious football player in high school. his first passion had always been the hardcourt until a HS coach in bailey convinced him otherwise...
he has that great size that makes him so versatile. he is quick and tall so yeah, he would make a great TE too. But along that lines, he would also make an exceptional linebacker.
Are you kidding? Tyrus Thomas can't shoot. Can't dribble, and really can't do anything else but catch alley-oops and block shots. Which is exactly why the Bull's traded his horrible ass.
@j5skates Exactly why tyrus thomas came off the bench and usually scored 30 points or so.. he can dribble shoot etc. .he's in the nba and your fat ass isn't.
@AZ33Nikkuh if Tyrus Thomas usually scored 30 points he wouldn't be coming off the bench. Sure, he can dribble to a minimum extend. He's not a great, or even above average ball-handler he's no Lamar Odom. Shit he's barely a Darius Miles. BTW, I'm 6 feet and 175 lbs, hardly a fat ass, get your intelligence up. But then again, for a grown man calling himself "nikkuh" that is probably asking too much.
Wow a Julius Peppers high light. This is a true Tar Hill fan. I want to see that clip of when Peppers slapped this dude on the court. Post it if you do.
Jake Delhomme was not drafted and when he was signed by New Orleans, he was third string behind Aaron Brooks and Adrian McPhearson. There is a reason for that. Carolina will never win a super bowl as long as Fox and Delhomme are there.
thats what i have been saying all along but all these dumbass fans are saying that i am a fairweather fan. excuses, excuses, excuses Jake Delhomme is a second rate QB and John Fox sux Cocks
Peppers should lobby to get that fat white bastard QB out of Carolina. Peppers and Smith are far too good athletes to be stuck with such a Rudy in Delhomme.
I was there, lower level...will never forget how loud the Dean Dome was the first time...and after the first replay, the second replay...up to the sixth replay...ridiculous!
I remember watching Peppers play basketball and thinking to myself that this guy is playing the wrong sport. He was just too big and physical for basketball lol
Used to be an usher at the Dean dome, this was one dunk I will never forget. Thought Peppers was going to bring the goal down!! I think everyone in the building thought the same. Hope to see many more classic dunks in the Dean dome!
The reason it appears that tarheels have more pride is because they are a "safe" team to pull for. You see soccer moms wearing unc stuff not even knowing what there wearing except that it says carolina on it. Every drunk redneck you run into is a tarheels fan, GO TARHEELS, HELL YEAH!!!!(in a deep southvoice) it makes me sick. Fuck all the bandwagon trash, when you see a guy wearing black and gold you know he knows what he's wearing. GO DEACS!!!
Please, every drunk redneck fan you run into is a state fan. Get your facts straight. What is a "southvoice"? You have the vocabulary of a 4 year old.
It hard to believe someone I went to high school with has become so famous. I remember during lunch Juluis and Demario would have a slam dunk contest in the gym and then the assistant principal(a true prick) would come and run us all off! Good times!
Doesn't this guy do something else now?

I was there, lower level...will never forget how loud the Dean Dome was the first time...and after the first replay, the second replay...up to the sixth replay...ridiculous!

I remember watching Peppers play basketball and thinking to myself that this guy is playing the wrong sport. He was just too big and physical for basketball lol
timbln4432 3 years ago
crap so he can knock out a offensive lineman and play basketball with ease............. this man is a freak
mmproc4619 3 years ago
Used to be an usher at the Dean dome, this was one dunk I will never forget. Thought Peppers was going to bring the goal down!! I think everyone in the building thought the same. Hope to see many more classic dunks in the Dean dome!

GO WAKE!!! but julius is my boy.

UNC will always be better than Wake. Tarheels have much more pride than Deacons, at least in my experiences. Go Heels
STmarks626 3 years ago
The reason it appears that tarheels have more pride is because they are a "safe" team to pull for. You see soccer moms wearing unc stuff not even knowing what there wearing except that it says carolina on it. Every drunk redneck you run into is a tarheels fan, GO TARHEELS, HELL YEAH!!!!(in a deep southvoice) it makes me sick. Fuck all the bandwagon trash, when you see a guy wearing black and gold you know he knows what he's wearing. GO DEACS!!!
DEACONAP4LOVE 3 years ago
Please, every drunk redneck fan you run into is a state fan. Get your facts straight. What is a "southvoice"? You have the vocabulary of a 4 year old.

It hard to believe someone I went to high school with has become so famous. I remember during lunch Juluis and Demario would have a slam dunk contest in the gym and then the assistant principal(a true prick) would come and run us all off! Good times!
