If it's not Robert Miles, I would love to know who it is. If it helps, there was a 1:41 long version of this song on the Bemanistyle 2003 package for Stepmania (DDR Emulator for PC) sadly it doesn't really tell who the remix artist is, just Pachelbel

An interesting remix quite different from the original source (the famous Canon in D by Johann Pachelbel, one of the greatest writer of Baroque music, originaly to be played on an organ). The original is just wonderful, a masterpiece (just listen to it once and you will never forget it), and this reinterpretation is of above-average quality. Not sure it is Miles indeed.
