I really do loooooooove the ribbons across the nails. I tried it with opi - Eiffel for this colour ( a dark dark purple ) as base and a holographic glitter for the ribbon. Soooooo beautiful and I wore it for over a week. Longest I ever wore a design. Love your work. Please keep it up. I tell everyone about your work. You are no. 1 in my books

@xPurrfection ahhh.....well...try dollar stores in the art section, try michaels or craft stores after the holiday and always always check the paint section for sales..i do not like to pay full price for any art supplies because i am always buying things for nails....they go on sale all the time!

@BenJin1999 right :D i was trying to show that. i have done this exact design in glitter with gold....but you change colors and you get totally different results and this would be fantastic for a dark party for new years or a beautiful dark dress for girls who love vampires without looking like a clone....its very awesome. i love designs like this where you can switch it on or off depending on the mood :D

I find when ever I try to paint any thing on black the paint seems to "bleed" out (the black shows through). do I need a different black polish or should I be adding more paint?

@vainbadkitty watch the tutorial. i add white to the red first and then paint over that with red to pop it so it doesnt bleed :)
