He was mental and he believed his whole life was a failure. Ya know... Vincent was an impressionist.This wasn't the greatest vocal I have ever heard, but I had no trouble getting the "impression" of the original.It's a great song.She did a nice job on this and she deserves a little appreciation for her interpretation.Everybody who gets drunk and watches the "Tube" needs to lay off their unqualified, negative critiques.Myself included.I clicked on this and listened to the whole song,never batting an eye thinking she fucked up.

Okey so she is not that good and she did not make it into Americas's talent, and she does move back and forth and perhaps she needs to learn to sing but she is her fathers pride and joy and so are all our daughters. My daughter can sing absolutely beautiful voice but she is too darn shy to sing. Fame and great fortune doesn't intrigue my girl she is meek and loves the hard working class like herself. so this woman sings for her dad that is fine with me. I have a voice but am too darn shytoo

Good voice, stays on key. But she needs to stop rushing the tempo. Needs to stop breathing into the mic. Needs to stop moving around, and stand still. Maybe she's nervous. She seemed nervous to me. If she's new to performance than she's probably doing an okay job. Mostly just needs to relax and let her music speak for itself.

She has nice voice, no question about that, but a good singer knows how to choose his/her piece. she made no justice with the song, she made it sound like a pop song and not the legendary heartfelt song as it is written and sung by don mclean. even Josh Groban's rendition is nothing compared to the original. maybe try singing Mariah or Rihanna, maybe those will suit you best.
