Hello Cassey! I am doing aerobic, pilates, every week like 3 times a week for about 2 years and i have discovered you only 2 moths ago ( unfortunately) and your workouts are the best ever! I am always getting sore muscles and really feel like i'm working out whenever i change my routine, plus, in 2 months my belly and my obliques look fantastic! I never had such a perfect waist and flat belly before, no matter what kind of exercises i've been doing. Thank you!!!

Hi Cassey! do you recommend doing the same workout 3 x in one go? I'm been doing your cadio vids 3xthrough, and following with 2-3 pilates vids but I do a mix of different ones each time. Would I be better to do the same pilates workout x3 each day rather than different ones? should i do different ones each day? sorry I'm new to exercising generally and a bit clueless! btw i feel SO much better, thank-you SOOOO much!!! I've tried other vids & classes too - but you are the best motivator! :D
I can now do this twice with only a few wobbles the second time around! The first time I tried this I fell over about four times while trying to do the advanced clamshells, haha. Now I look straight-up graceful!

I love this workout! As a PT I'm CONSTANTLY demonstrating exercises on my 'good' side (naughty I know), but after 2 weeks of doing your videos every couple of days I'm noticing a vast improvement in my balance on my 'not so good' side :)
Also loving seeing more definition in my arms and upper abs (after 2 kids I think it's going to take a bit more work to get gnarly lower abs!). THANK YOU for your awesome workouts!

LOVE it! I could hear my ballet teacher's voice in my head, "keep your weight on the standing leg! Hold in your lower stomach! Keep pressure even across the ball of the foot!" I still fell over a few times, haha. You keep it challenging enough to keep me motivated without overwhelming me with complicated combinations. One day I will do the advanced clamshell without falling over!

google it and you should find it easily and it's totally free and doesn't need registration.
Oh and one more thing, if u use Mozilla Firefox you can use one of its addons called "Easy YoutTube Video Downloader v4.1", this addon adds a button underneath each video (next to the +Add and SHare Buttons) and allows you to download the video in many formats(mp3,flv..)
I've been working out with your videos for the last six months, and my boyfriend can't get his hands off me now! He tells me that he don't know what's different, but he just loves my body. I think it's much more firm now.
