I read the recent edition of Car Mechanics magazine featuring the Vauxhall Omega turbo-diesel and was bit surprised at reduction in emissions. I was expecting to read that fuel consumption was lower but as the article said BMW diesels can't be improved to same extent as petrol engined cars.

Well, now we see what happens when you continuously steam-clean an engine - burning (oxidizing) hydrogen creates water, and combustion temperatures flash said molecular water into steam. You're running a self-cleaning engine w/continuous efficiency - the one benefit of cracking water to burn the hydrogen in the engine. Of course, simply using vacuum to atomize distilled water and introduce it to the intake in minute quantities should do the same trick, without the fuel penalty of cracking h2o.

@BlueberryWinter - The vehicle in the video has a vacuum vaporisor fitted... nothing like as good as HHO (from the Waterboost)... I found that it is better to add solvents and old petrol to the vaporisor, it doesnt improve fuel economy but the snap throttle response is astounding... when you come off the throttle, the massive vacuum vaporises combustibles which fill the manifold ready for the engine to munch on!
