@KevinBr0wn Did you try plugging your usb cable into another slot in your computer? Is your usb cable damaged in any way? IS your itouch connection from the usb dirty on any of the two sides? Try blowing air on it.. if you have done all this and your still having connection issue call apple at (1-800-MY-APPLE)

The only thing that's really noteworthy to me about this update is that it opens faster than previous versions. No longer do I have to wait up to a full minute for the iTunes screen to load up.

Other than that, I'm not really using any of the new features, especially not Ping. They need to work on it a LOT before it becomes decent at best.

I think Ping is an awful addition to iTunes. You could already rate albums so why bother to make a crappy social network out of it? It looks nice, but that's the only notable feature to me.

I love the airplay feature that just recently came out, really looking forward to being able to use it myself and seeing what it has to offer. Not a big fan of iTunes 10 as a program though, Ping is pretty cool, though I don't see myself using it very often. Very informative video, thanks!
