I think it's SAINU! COSAINU! TANJENTOU! I'm probably incorrect, but there is usually a vowel at the end of each word, right? And double t's in Japanese Romanization means the vowel before is like, emphasized or something. I 'learned' all this from comparing Japanese song vocals to the actual lyrics, so I may be mistaken.
