  • You are beautiful inside and out, thanks for being an ambassador of kindness for our race. I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness. : )

  • the black godess

  • are you in the military

  • "Black girl must love Oj ... I will get her Oj" lol I would be a very cynical black person....p.s. koreans are super nice

  • @xpressurs ... Wow, you're incredibly racist for saying that ._. People in general do not nessesarily go to Africa because they don't have that much of a stable government because of their lack of resources. It's not because they're " niggers", you racist bafoon.

  • it is our tradition to be nice to visitors because that is all we can do.....sharing hearts..

you are beatiful and THANK YOU SO MUCH for complimenting us..

    it made me happy

  • you're just a very nice and respectable person. you deserve the best in life!

  • @koreanaspergel Don't be sorry - It's just an random opinion posted 5 mths ago. Some individuals are nice, others are not. The end :)

  • I have a Korean Primary Care Doctor. He is the best Doctor I've ever had in my life. He really cares about his patients and always gets to the bottom of the problem. He's brilliant and kind. It took my whole life for me to find a doctor that I love. I agree that Korean's are kind and humble people!

  • @vidaliadear what does love mean? and america is not a country its a corperation where been slaves over 4 hundred yrs and if u new your history u would Korea had part in the slave trade them other nations hate us but act so friendly to ur face and blkwomen feed right into it blkppl so simple minded always love nation tht hate u. and fuck America and Korea my ppl been thrw hell and going threw f ing these other nations! Remember your history!

  • Thx for vid!!

    Greeting from korea

  • Most local tax driver cant speak english thats why they are speechless..lol

  • Good to heard that..

  • I absolutely loved Korea, but I do have to agree with with the above. There's something inherently superficial about the culture and if you're good looking you will be treated especially well

  • ive been to many different asian places in canada with ppl who moved here from asian countries n own stores now n i must say the ppl in the korean stores are the most awesome always teaching korean n being fun^^

  • You are so beautiful and kind. I am going to South Korea soon for a job. Your videos are very helpful as I am a vegetarian and was thinking how am I going to fare there. Keep making videos. Thank you.

  • I like your sweet energy and positive attitude. You are beautiful. This video is very helpful. I might go to Korea some day.

  • blk ppl love theses other nation and hate their own!i bet she want to be korea now lol!!!

  • @manupjacob1 not true; i'm black and have always wanted to go to Korea, but I still love both my countries - America & Nigeria~ None of them is perfect, but that's not really the point of love, is it?

  • @manupjacob1 What's wrong with black people loving other cultures and people? I'm black, I love my heritage, there's nothing wrong with appreciating other cultures.

  • Clearly you don't speak Korean or understand what is being said about you. Ignorance is bliss! ;)

  • @Nonghyupful What do you mean? You don't like Chinese people?

  • @Nonghyupful She does know^^

  • @lettersfromtheskyxx

Uhh, Koreans probably eat more vegetables in their daily meals (Koreans don't eat Korean BBQ regularly) than any other country, so I don't think you have a problem lol.

  • wow. I'm a Korean. I grew up there. I don't ever remember being treated that nice. Ever! I'm sure you are a nice and sweet person, and people pick up on that. Stay blessed and healthy. :)

  • @lettersfromtheskyxx yup you'll get by fine..you just have to explore the different foods

  • You have a really great spirit about yourself. I am sure this helps you a lot when dealing with people. That's a blessing!

  • 4. Overall you seem to do well in first impressions.

People respond to these things(we can't help it with the exception of own personal emotions..anger,frustration, depression, distrust, bad day etc). I think in a way you're meeting them halfway. This allows them to care and feel there's less chance of rejection(social). I think it's something for some to consider when they have difficulty in making friends/first impressions home and abroad)

  • I think it not so much that they're the nicest but human. (Something I observed about you... a stranger's point of view on the various videos) - 1. Pretty(No insult/saying this defines you as a person- it's just human. If you were a snaggletooth wretch I doubt anyone would be running up to you to brush lint off your coat.) 2. Female(not important/true but it sometimes feeds into lack of intimidation) 3. You smile & giggle a lot(not an insult) 4. Body language... friendly, approachable, and open.

  • @pepperrgirl yes I mentioned this to my friend that if I didn't look or carry myself the way I do that things would be different...and I felt that was sad.

  • @charlycheer But that's the same everywhere around the world. Also, especially seeing the Koreans perception, I think they indeed have a kinda different view on beauty, they don't see themselves as pretty often, but do so for some foreigners, while actually not being too concerned over another persons look, but mostly about their own looks! So I think it fine and, again, human. :)

  • @ellisonwrigh60srage You might be right but I think it s more culture then intelligence. Im a foreigner who have lived in the states for 20 odd years. - I have noticed that being overly sweet and kind can be interpreted as weakness, having a sneaky character or raising the bar of good behavior to the point where others feel bad about their personality(Washington state and Cornell did recent studies about nice people in the work place and teams) .

  • @pepperrgirl Yet? This is not always the case, Not all Americans are like this. The same goes for all foreigners/koreans not being nice. In the end, It is what it is...I ,simply, learned to adapt and choose the people I befriend wisely.

  • @pepperrgirl I'm sorry that comment really doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

  • In NYC we have TONS of foreigners and tourists. I always help out wherever I can.

  • when you ppl is less= treat nce, when you ppl is much increasing = treat bad

    It's an eternal truth

  • Thank you so much for your kind comment about Korean^^

  • @hsl810 ;)

  • @charlycheer Thank you, my friend, for your great video. I'm Chinese, and I have met many Koreans as well over the years, and I now truly respect and love the Korean people and culture. It's a shame, though, that some people here, like the Japanese, kind of don't seem to really like Korea much, from their comments and racism. It is true that not all the Chinese, perhaps, will stand with our ancient ally and brother to the end, but I at least shall.

  • Man i wanna go across seas to visit those places! I respect all races but love how Asians treat others with so much respect and have so much fun i love what they do! I did Karaoke with them before i feel in love! The Shrimp chips are awesome too! By the way, YOU ARE SO ATTRACTIVE (SO OFF SUBJECT).

  • @AaronRose24 hahaha thanks ;)

  • What a kind & thoughtful thing to do - lucky to have met such great friends!

  • @roxanneworld11 yes, I feel very blessed!

  • "nicest people I've ever met" - It's because you are a FOREIGNER so of course they are going to be nice to you. Haha. I wonder what happens behind closed doors when the foreigner is gone? ;-)

  • @Trixiaoyu of course it's because I stand out...but they don't have to been so kind to me but they are...they go out of their way to make sure I'm ok...you don't get that often...even if you're a foreigner in other places...especially where I'm from in LA

  • @Trixiaoyu Why would people even bother to be nice to foreigners if they aren't already naturally nice? :P

  • @ehdusjenny - Custom, tradition, Google it. ;-)

  • @Trixiaoyu I think you've got it all wrong, and you're the one who should ask around. ;-)

  • @ehdusjenny - Wow, copying me like a high school class test failure. I feel good knowing my originality and smartness is copyable. :-/

  • @Trixiaoyu I think you've shown no smartness and originality showing no evidence of what you're saying! I don't mean to attack you but I know what Korea is like.

  • @ehdusjenny - Wow, how long did it take you to think of that one?

  • @Trixiaoyu Please don't treat this as just an immature fight, 'cause you're starting one. Back up what you've said about Koreans, and tell me how you believe in such prejudice. A lot of countries in the world doesn't show the kindness Koreans show.

  • @ehdusjenny - "Please don't treat this as just an immature fight" - 3 seconds in and ALREADY they've reduced it to talking about children and immaturity... so unoriginal. I expected more originality from you. Not something I've heard 4.08723 million times on the internet. :-/

  • @KaiErnest I could say the same thing.

  • oh that's soooo sweet!

  • I've only met one Korean person before and he was so nice that it was refreshing cause I was NY and New Yorkers aren't known for their friendliness :)

  • @soffy2002 yup...New orkers...hmm it's great u met a nice one!

  • @soffy2002 I'm from NY :( I'm not mean.

  • @bloc22 Lol! I'm sure there are nice ppl in NY (outside of my family members) but NYers are known for being tough. It's good that you're not one of the meanies :)

  • Damn! now that's what Iam taking about!

  • @ChariotMan5 I know right!

  • how endearing. pure sweetness.

  • @tongresa77 yes very sweet

  • Yes they are.hope they keep the peace.

  • That was so nice of her. And yes, japchae is soooo good. I've actually had a lot of the same experiences in Germany and Italy, benefits of being a foreigner that sticks out like a sore thumb I guess (particularly in Germany).

  • @teamr0ckit haha yeah

  • Aww, my eyes watered when you told that story

  • @Jameelah265 aww don't cry :)

  • Wow, she made a lot for you.. She is soo nice.

I remember for Korean people in America I met, I also

thought they were the nicest people I ever met..

I'm glad it's also like that in Korea.

I love your videos.. They are always so insightful.. Thank you :)

  • Awww that is just so sweet, but on the other hand I am getting hungry for korean food T.T sad cause i don't live anywhere next to any.....

  • @belanina05 sounds like a 19 hour flight to Korea for some Korean food is on your to-do list :)

  • @charlycheer

FOR SURE!! if only I had an oppurtunity!!!!

  • I just had those noodles that u mentioned in ur video at my friend's house earlier today XD. They were delicious n.n

  • @NeverLastingLuv yumm japchae

  • i love seaweed lol and the food looks great yummy!!

  • @TheQuoia100 i love seaweed too!

  • That's so sweet :D I love watching your vids I hope to visit Korea one day - you make it so appealing ^^

  • @terrifaith08 hehe yes you should come experience it!

  • Ugh everytime you make a video you make me wanna go to Korea even more! stop it!

  • @c0rse haha I can't help it sorry!! I guess you're just gonna have to come!

  • xD You remind me of myself! Last year I went to London and me and my friend were in the underground, everytime we held up a map someone would come up to us to ask if we needed any help.

So a couple of weeks ago I was sitting on a train in the Netherlands (From my local hometown) and two American backpackers were sitting on the train. When they got off they were obviously lost :P I helped them find their way about and actually overheard them saying: "Oh the Dutch are so hospitable" xD

  • @RainyRaven wow that's great!!!

  • It looks so good. Is that crispy seaweed yum yum how did she season it.. And of course she gave you some to take home I hope. What a wonderful person so good that you have supportive friends. So glad that they opened up to you since it doesn't happen with everyone, or maybe they were not open to it. JJap Chae is my favorite I am jealous..it's addictive and taste so good. I have a Korean family near me and the grandmother is so sweet. They are kinda shy cause they don't speak English.

  • @JamConcerned yes the seaweed is yummy especially because of the salt...my favorite thing to eat is rice and seaweed...yea many Koreans will be shy mainly because they don't speak enough english but I've also found that that's in their nature to be shy...especially the women

  • It's so nice and so kind of her ! :)

I remember having experienced the same kind of kindness while I was in Korea!

And even if I'm not in Korea now, my korean friends always want to cook diner for me or help me. So yeah, Koreans (I guess with foreigners) are the nicest people I've met so far too

  • @SK0reaJapanL0ve :) great! When I go back home I hope to make more Korean friends..I have a few but I could definitly use more :)

  • Omg that so sweet she made you a feast not a dinner lol! Keep the vids coming i look forward to them! :)

  • @hanna0240 haha yeah that was a feast huh!

  • haha:D what a nice video, from today on i will do my best to help/be nice to people, especially when they are in foreign countries, ;D

  • @MrLilort yay that's great!

  • Was the food as good as it looked?

  • @EarlySummerSunrise oh yesss!!! it as really good :) every single thing

  • Oh my goodness! Look at all that food! Such an amazing woman! :)

  • @flashatizer i know its great..she was so sweet

  • That's so nice! :)

Do you think they would be this nice to a person who isn't Korean?

  • @flashatizer well Charly isn't Korean XD so I guess so XD

  • @flashatizer what do u mean? im not korean lol

  • @charlycheer Sorry.. My English is getting worse! My question is, Do you think that Koreans are this nice to each other or is it because you're a foreigner?
