Simply put: take a a glass and fill half of it with COKE and the other half with 7UP.. Now stir so they MIX...

Now, try separating the COKE from the 7UP..

you can multitrack on acid pro..probably not on soundforge..but ask around..I have no idea actually :)

Does anyone know how to FIND THE PEAK VALUE? This was in previous versions of Forge, but 9 doesn't have "Find Peak" under the Tools menu. This makes me angry. I want to find the peak value of my entire selected waveform (as to adjust the volume, not normalize). Thanks!

they both do different shit.acid is for sequencing and forge is for mastering.they go hand in hand.
