The reporter is Kate Spicer. This is an edited version of the hour documentary that she filmed in NYC and LA this summer. Her Fraxel re:pair results were shown before she completely healed. The documentary is "Super Botox Me" and was shown on Channel 4 by the BBC in August.

She also admitted to being insecure and has an eating disorder

Why have it done?? it looks dreadful, and to be honest did not make much difference to her face, that Kate Spicer seems to be a right "mixed up" woman, she was also on Super Skinny Me trying to get to a size double zero, that womans needs a magician not a surgeon if she wants to improve her looks

Yes, she seems happy to do quite a lot for fame and money...to me it seems like she is hiding a little bit behind the "I am a reporter and I need to reveal thiungs". I would never do that. But there you go....hope she did not develop that eating disorder she was in danger developing on "super skinny me".
