one of the problems is the open diff, but the extra person throws of the balance of the car- if he tried it without the extra passanger he would notice the difference
the 10th anniversary mx5 came with a torsen lsd genius- so umm yeah u can do donuts with a passanger- the na miata is also totally different than ur car where weight balance played a big factor- he wont do perfect donuts as with an lsd but definatly much better without the extra person.
I got myself an "10AE" mx5, and it got torsen LSD, its good untill bouth wheels are on the ground. the passanger wount make much in difference untill theres normal diff.
