I think the first composition is some kind of a malhar (reminds me of miya malhar) second one is obviously Bhairavi. Yes Pt Jasraj is a gift from God to the world. No doubt. if Pt Ji knows how much he had influenced us musically over the years... only if I had an address to send a letter to him. I remember listening to his CD in California in 1991. I heard a bhajan in bhairavi. It still is in my head. I have loved and restpected him like my father since... (with due respect. no need)
