  • I love Red Eye Roasters! They are a great local microroaster of coffees. To truly taste the greatness their coffees you have to have it prepared in a " pour-over " fashion, not french press, at their Coffee and Espresso lounge cafe on Hingham Harbor. The higher cost might be because they work with the families who put their blood, sweat, and tears into producing it.

Windex? You must have just seen "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" "every ailment from psoriasis to poison ivy can be cured with Windex."

  • @dougpilgrim I HAVEN'T seen that, lol. I think it exemplified my light, brisk, squeaky clean feeling. I have heard a lot about the place, I may have to put it on my list of things to do. Maybe Bob would love to work with Coffee Jive as we take back coffee!

  • I'm a big fan of Redeye Roasters. The bag is vacuum/heat sealed to preserve the freshness of the beans. Next time, try a pair of scissors to open the bag :)

    Windex?? haha....strange

He's opened a water front cafe on Hingham Harbor...you should come in and talk to Bob Weeks (he roasts on site).

  • @sarahelyce Is this THE Sarah from Whole foods? lol Scissors? aw c'mon... seems like there's just more and more requirements to enjoy my cup of coffee. Why not lock it in a safe while I'm at it. ;)

Yeah, Windex - that clean, squeaky feeling, smooth, polished, glistening.

I'd love to talk to Bob! I'd love to partner Coffee Jive up with a forward thinking business, maybe he's the one to talk to. ;)

  • really strong episode! I loved the little small stories and options that you had in this one!
