when they made the hbo series band of brothers.. they asked Eddie for help to make it realistic ... Eddie told them what happened and stuff but the producer didn't like it.. b/c it wasn't Hollywood enough...Also when the band of brothers came out the only part he couldnt watch was the re enactment of them breaking into the concentration camps. b/c he actually frred the jews from the camps and he said it brought back memories that will haunt him forever...
