LOVE THIS!!! I am still in Broker school...almost finished and when I pass my state exam my husband said the first thing he is getting me is an iPad...I wasnt too excited about it because I wasn't sure if it could do everything that I wanted for work but after seeing this I am SOLD! Thank for the great review Jerry. I have been using the iPad as well for real estate documents. You might want to check out SignMyPad. It is great for people in our industry and is really easy to implement. It takes normal PDFs from either your email, DropBox or MobileMe folders and work a with them right off of realtor link with out modification. Cheers! Nevin Van Nest
