Are you serious? Obama has expanded on all of Bush's foreign policies and although he has pulled a few thousand troops out of Iraq this month, 20 thousand are in the process of deploying to Afghanistan. Either he see's a need for this war OR he's not thinking for himself.  Hell, why should he? The democratic congress has people telling the "speaker" what to say during their presentation.
